Maintenance staff was extremely helpful, the ladies at breakfast were very nice as well as housekeeping.
The gentleman checking us in double charged us for the room. Instead of taking the card for incidentals he charged the room that was already paid for in full for three night stay. After three days money was refunded.

A nice breakfast selection and helpful staff. Check out at noon is also a great set up
Shuttle from the airport took extremely long to pick us up after midnight, so we didn’t get to enjoy the beds for as long as we’d hoped

Good variety. Restocked when needed. Glad they got the new Toaster before we left. Serve bacon more often most days was sausage. The shuttle drivers very friendly and prompt.
Hotel needs refresh walls in rooms needs painting and more comfy furniture in living room. At least a ottoman so u can get ur feet up. It was noisy at night like a motor running. Hard to get to sleep.

I liked the location and it was clean. The beds were also comfortable.

the room was stained and grimy the shower handles all were stuck and hard to turn without the concern of breaking.

dirty, rooms weee roomy but worn out and quite dirty. vent had a washcloth secured by a fork to control the flow of air!

I’m a wheelchair. finally paid $75 for taxi to transport my party and all luggage to hotel. was told Manager would contact me and has never done so.

Dirty, the hallways smelled like a broken sewer pipe and mold. holes in the wall of the room.

It was close to the airport and the complimentary breakfast was good. they also offered a free airport shuttle service which was nice
The room had dim lighting with delayed plumbing and electricity. there was a bag of green beads in the air vent. the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off. the frames above the bed were glued down to the wall. the fire alarm went off twice during our stay, once at 3AM and again around 9AM. they were false alarms, but the sound caused me to have a panic attack, making me severely uncomfortable.

The front desk staff could not have been nicer and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. That hotel saved us after the Home2 Suites by Hilton Newark Airport told us, after we arrived after a 22 hr flight, that they had cancelled our reservation because overbooking.

The property was very clean, quiet, safe, close to a mall and many restaurants, and free transportation to the airport/train to Manhattan

not all the staff are cooperating, I left note at the front disk to clean my room , when I returned at the end of the day , unfortunately I found the room not cleaned because the employee at the front disk forgot to inform the house keepers!!!???, I contacted the manager and she told me , no staff available to clean my room !!!
