It was extremely clean. The staff is amazingly friendly and customer oriented. The location is walking distance from all attractions. The breakfast is amazing, delicious with omelet station. The hotel uses great bath products. Super safe. Very comfortable bed. Amazing view. The pool is beautiful and warm.

Is incredible that cost and Hotel don't have parking included. Additionally, the cost of parking is extremely expensive. I think that the cost of the hotel is not in line with the services it provides, the breakfast is not spectacular, it is a fairly normal buffet and the worst thing was the cost of the parking lot.

Perfect overnight stay before a cruise. Large room and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend. Great location.

It's an excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Large room with amenities. In the lobby, there is a restaurant, bar and cafe (Starbucks), which makes the stay much easier. There is a taxi rank right in front. Access is very easy and the location is very good. In summary, comfortable, practical and well located hotel.

Many guests come to Miami by car, it's a shame that parking costs so much money, we should give a discount to people who come for more than two nights because there is actually no other option

We were going on a cruise very close to cruise port but you need to find your own transportation to the port.

Prachtige, ruime kamer. Het uitzicht over de baai is zeker de moeite waard. De bedden zijn heerlijk. Mooie ruime badkamer. De locatie is op loop afstand van bayside marketplace.

De service viel tegen. Ongeïnteresseerd en onbeschoft personeel. De kamer was niet heel schoon.

Locatie is fantastisch, uitzicht vanuit de kamers op de Bay, mits je de juiste dure kamer hebt geboekt. Mannen van de valet parking zijn zeer behulpzaam en attent.

In de gigantische lobby hangen zoveel mensen rond dat je je er een weg doorheen moet banen naar de liften. Er zijn zes liften, veel te weinig voor dit formaat hotel, dus lange wachttijden. Het zwembad is overvol, ook met mensen die er niet logeren kwamen we achter. Je neemt zo de lift naar de pool en krijgt een handdoek. Zon verdwijnt in de middag achter hoge flat die er naast staat dus geen zon meer bij de pool. Kamers zijn echt veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Badkamer vertoont ouderdomsverschijnselen.

The property was extremely secure as you had to use a room key card to operate floors in the elevator. Room had a magnificent view of the Miami port, and we were extremely grateful that eating venues were within walking distance. Room was very spacious, had everything you needed including high quality toiletries. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Pool area filled up quickly not leaving many chairs. We had some loud neighbors that woke us up in the middle of the night. We could also hear them throwing up in the morning which wasn’t too pleasant. Possibly due to our room having a locked joining door vs. a solid wall. Second night was much quieter.

Lovely hotel however we were only there one night with children who wanted to use the pool - the pool was closed for cleaning on Tuesday morning meaning we had hardly any time before having to check out to use the pool. Location probably not the best for us as a family.

Everything about this property is FANCY! I felt fancy staying here! Great views and rooftop pool and leisure area!

I didn’t like the fact that the snacks in the room were so high. I understand having to charge for them, but the prices were too high.

Excellent location, walking distance to Bayside Marketplace. We had a beautiful room overlooking the bay and cruise terminal. Rooms were beautifully appointed.

It was a beautiful property. The room as clean and spacious. The bed was extremely cozy and comfy!

Not a ton of room at the pool for lounging.

Price for rooms, price for terribly lacking food and food choices. Service in all restaurants was t good - staff seemed overwhelmed

In addition to the above, the lobby was impressive. I enjoyed my meal and drink in the restaurant. Our stay was overnight as it was close to the cruise port as we were sailing the next day. I liked that parking was also available. The hotel we stayed at in South Beach after the cruise misrepresented themselves on when booking and stated that parking was available onsite, which is was not and we had to park at a nearby hotel. The amenities are helpful for people to make decisions about where they want to stay. So appreciated that everything that was advertised online about Inter Continental was what we received. There was an issue with our room which I will speak to below, but the Front Desk handled it very quickly and professionally which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was at 4:00 and we arrived at 7:00. The staff at Check-In were friendly and professional. On entering our room it was not serviced, i.e. had not been cleaned. I found this to be wholly unacceptable and especially given check in was at 4:00pm and we arrived 3 hours later. However, as mentioned above, we immediately went downstairs and the staff were apologetic and gave us another room with a view which was absolutely beautiful which we shared pics with our family who noted the name of the hotel for future reference.

Atendimento ao hospede foi bem ruim. Tive um problema com sumisso de uma camiseta que não foi resolvido.

Emplacement, chambre spacieuse, vue , équipement de la chambre, lit King size, salle de bain spacieuse. On se sentait dans un appartement, très cosy. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

The restaurant Toro Toro foods a bit average, visited twice, on both occasions we found the foods average but overpriced for what it is.

Recently renovated rooms with ocean view. ToroToro restaurant has an excellent menu. Housekeeping is very good.

Booked over Christmas, the hotel was very busy. We had queues at breakfast, especially the omelet station.
