Location was close to what we needed
1. We booked 4 rooms and had to change rooms 4 times during our stay due to roaches, sewer smells and mold
2. Breakfast was not good and many days there was not enough food, plates, coffee, silverware etc. pancake and waffle machine never worked for the 5 days we stayed.
3. Roaches in rooms and lobby
4. Lack of cleaning and maintenance around entire hotel. Elevators stopped working one day. Bathroom in lobby close out of service for two days.
5. Back door entrance had “closed 24hrs for your safety use key card” sign but was never closed so open to the public 24/7 instead - back parking lot and random people walking in and out of hotel all day and night
6. Most rooms did not have room cleaning/housekeeping - had to ask downstairs and some days only gave us towels at front desk after asking
7. Front desk manager said he would reimburse charges and ended up charging me two times for all rooms - still fighting for reimbursement
8. One morning kitchen staff was not available and trash started to overflow everywhere. Liquid also leaking all over the floor from trash cans I had to ask front desk to put a sign to avoid someone from slipping and falling - trash layer there for hours

The grounds was nasty, the elevator was musky, the room was a disaster.. the carpet wet, shower had hair on the walls, bottom of the tub, the toilet didnt work properly..the soap was used, the beds dirty, JUST NASTY !

Clean and close to many restaurants and events. Friendly staff as well. The morning/ breakfast kitchen staff was phenomenal.

It was a great value and the location was great. The room was comfortable and we felt safe outside the hotel and in the parking lot. I-285 was closed in several sections for construction and we were able to access this hotel easily using other residential routes. It was convenient to Truist Park, Perimeter shopping and Buckhead. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

Can’t think of anything I liked about this property except maybe parking was convenient.
Waste of money for me. They gave me a room that wasn’t fully cleaned. Bedding looked clean from the surface but with a closer look, the comforter had a stain and as well as the pillow case. Floor had hair near the door from a previous stay and behind the toilet. Crumbs were left around the bed, so it hadn’t been properly swept/vacuumed or mopped. I did not notice these flaws until about two hours into my stay- that’s when I requested a refund and left. The front desk associate granted me a refund at the time but after calling the next day to check on the status of my refund, the manager denied it, even after I showed proof of pictures. Customer service was poor, 0/10. Other locations may be better but the staff here are unprofessional and unreliable. Holiday Inn or booking.com, will never get another penny out of me personally.

All the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely the highlight of the services provided by the hotel. Especially Derrick at the FD, who was very kind and helped us check in early and was always attentive. We didn't expect HSKP service due to many hotels still having restrictions, but the rooms were serviced after our first morning there, and once again, they were made very tidy. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Various breakfast options. There are nice amenities, even if we didn't make use of the facilities it is good to have options.
The hotel might be due for a renovation. Or, at least, it would certainly benefit from a few repairs and refreshing the spaces, furniture, appliances, and installations. Found it very odd that the short hallway between the room door and the bedroom area had no lighting of itself, not even where the coffee machine is, was there a light bulb or lamp.

The people at reception and breakfast are always wonderful and the main reason I keep coming back. The WiFi is solid, and I definitely appreciate having a microwave in the room. Very central location.
The AC unit takes the thermostat settings as a mere suggestion, and once the temperature in the room hits 74 the AC comes on even if I set it to off in the thermostat. I don't like cold rooms during the day, and it was uncomfortable to be in working at my desk and in meetings with the AC right next to me blasting cold air at me. I've stayed at this hotel close to 10 times; HOW MANY TIMES do I have to report this issue before this problem is sorted? After waiting all day someone finally came to unlock the AC unit so I could change the settings there without using the thermostat, and what it did was disable cold air. When time to go to bed came I wanted to use the AC and it simply wouldn't come on, although I'd set it to on both in the unit and the thermostat. On top of this, I couldn't use the safe my entire stay because the previous guest had left it locked and it took them all day to send someone up to my room. I'm getting really annoyed with their promises to fix the AC issues and lack of following through.
