The heating system was very loud and sounded like it turned itself on every few minutes. Not good for light sleepers.

The hotel offered no meals other than breakfast. This is a problem in Bryce Canyon City which has very few restaurants. The hotel suggested their sister property across the street which had about sixty people waiting and a forty-five minute wait time.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Nationalpark.

The hotel isn't in a good condition. The AC in the room is very loud and the light and ventilation in the bathrooms are not separate, so that it is very loud when one has to go to toilet in the night.

1)Location is great since it’s close to Bryce Canyon. 2)The hotel is clean and parking is abundance. 3)The breakfast is included (Note: The breakfast is extremely basic and doesn’t have a lot of selection. But since it’s free, I guess you can’t complain.). 4)We booked the large rm that can accommodate 6 people. The room layout is decent for 6 ppl. 5)Checkout is fast and painless.

1)The room sleeps 6 people (2 queen beds & 1 sofa bed). The sofa bed is SO uncomfortable. The sofa mattress is thin and you can feel the hard springs poking your bone. The sofa bed is extremely poor quality and not decent or comfy like other hotels that we stayed at. 2)The hotel is likely short staff so we had to clean the breakfast table ourselves in order to get seatings. 3)On our last night, the sleep for our family was uncomfortably since the noise above us was disruptive with many stomping footsteps, furniture or objects moving, sound that lasted past 1 am. It was hard putting our 5 yrs old to sleep. We don’t know if the noise is from hotel doing maintenance or if the guests above us was heavily partying. We didn’t complain bc it was our last night. 4)The outdoor pool is somewhat small. To get to the indoor pool, you have to walk somewhat far to another hotel to gain access which is definitely an inconvenient esp if you have kid(s).

The location is great and the breakfast was fantastic!

Plastic and paper glasses in rooms (not only this is terrible for taste, but pretty bad for the environment!). Can we finally have reusable glasses in rooms in 2023? Complimentary breakfast was terrible. Again, so much waste in the cafeteria.

We stayed here for one night. It was fair. Location is good and breakfast was pretty good (lots of options).

The pool was on the small side. The beds were too soft and a bit uncomfortable.

Location was near the National park. Room was spacious. Had a gym. Fast check in and check out. Breakfast had more options that other standard hotels.

Lack of access to water fountains on upper floors. No water near front desk area, no tea options, only coffee. Coffee maker was in bathroom area - not sanitary. No water kettle to heat water. Lack of trash cans in room.

This place was a great location and beautiful inside and outside….staff very friendly and welcoming as well as professional. Breakfast was delicious.

The price is too high just because it is close to Bryce Canyon.

Very clean and newer. Priced well. That’s all I have to say.

I tried to ask to stay an additional night and the front desk lady from Dominican Republic looked like I was bothering her from the get go. She told me I would have to go through Booking.com and if I did I would have to move rooms. The room was available when I checked the website and the manager told me in a reply that the room I had was sold out was the reason why she did not give me a room. She could have booked me another night in the room very easily and I would have stayed and I checked the website and it was available. I booked another hotel since I had to move anyway. I usually write good reviews but this time I was disappointed.

The place is located right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly.

We were there with our 91 yo grandmother. ADA accommodations were subpar.
