One guy I met at the reception Pwan or so, I cant figure out his name was rude and nonchalant to me. He lacks good customer care skills and was very abusive. I had a cold room without a heater and I complained to him to change my room but he refused until his manager came the next day and confessed the room I was put in was in a nad shape

cockroaches all over the bathroom. I asked other hotel guests if they had cockroaches, and they confirmed, so there was no point in changing rooms. was on travel for work, and didn't have time to play games. key card wouldn't work each time coming back to the room I had to go back down in the elevator to get it reassigned. tv didn't even turn on. cockroaches crawling out under the doors, which had no soundproofing at all, through the night you can hear guests slamming doors and yelling across the hallway.

I turned on the heat and the smell of cigarette smoke came out of the unit. I understand the whole property was non smoking. if so HVAC need cleaning. Breakfast was in a bag - microwave frozen breakfast sandwich . chocolate chip muffins

I loved the size of the room and the cleanliness of everything. The elevator was clean and didn't smell which also made a difference. The customer service from the front desk was excellent! Also, the location to everything was awesome!
