The rooms were very clean and the bed was really comfortable.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a water cooler in the lobby area. Coffee would have been nice also. Since we were on an access road and have not to that area of Colorado it was a bit confusing.

No microwave in room. We went on many food adventures and brought back left overs. Had to eat them cold. This is me being nitpicky. The stay was wonderful.

Roaches in room. Housekeeping only comes if you specifically request them through the front desk each night of your stay.. Billing issues. Paid way more than quoted, unhappy that IHG and hotel don’t communicate about membership points. Won’t be stay at an IHG hotel again.
