Did not have a good night rest with the hot water in the tub continually running. Room 213. Loud noises from folks partying at 2 a.m.!

The fact that the room didn’t have air conditioning nor heat. The refrigerator wasn’t working. The tub and shower was clogged up. My room key never worked so the only way to get in and out of the room was to leave the window unlocked. It was rats and roaches and feces all over the place. The sheeting on the bedding had bed bugs. Told management about all the issues and they refused to give me my money back and even Booking.com refused to give me my money back after I complained to them as well.

Was too disgusting to stay at. Had to book something else late on the day and drive 30 minutes more. Non smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke/weed. Only got a refund for half the stay (1 out of 2 days) despite not staying at all.

Your representative cancelled my reservation after I traveled all the way from Tucson. I tried calling for three days to confirm the reservation no one answered
Then when I got in touch I told them that I would not be there by 7:00 pm and they said they closed at 7:00 pm. So, I had to find another hotel which was not as good, but higher price. I will never book through Priceline ever again, or your hotel, because that reservation cost $475 because I had to book somewhere else. I was also told they were closed on Sunday. What hotel is closed on Sunday and closed at 7:00 pm? Really you owe me for all the money I paid out at the other hotel, but giving you a bad review will hurt you worse.

Unable to rate what I liked because the hotel staff never showed up to check me in....even after confirming my late arrival, 9 pm, using courtesy phone at door, calling front desk, calling cell number posted on door, and banging on door. Worst experience I ever had at a hotel. At 9 pm, had to go in search of a room to sleep.

The desk clerk was a sweetheart she was helping me contact you the booking company for a full refund. She said she got your email and told you I wasn’t staying but you’re claiming you didn’t get!!! Is this how you run your booking company. This poor clerk was having to deal with so many people wanting a refund and people in there ( homeless)with their vouchers were complaining about things broke and not working right.
We were there 10 minutes and couldn’t stay and still waiting for a refund from you guys This place is unhealthy and unsafe!! Nothing like photos. The city gives out vouchers to the homeless to stay here . It was like a crack house instead of hotel . I found a lighter under the bed sheets and they were dirty , sticky stuff on floor either urine or whiskey the smell was horrible. The outside was so dirty and was afraid to leave my car there with all shady people around. . I’m still fighting you guys for a full refund not the 9 dollar you said you would give me. I shouldn’t have to pay for a place I didn’t stay in that I feel unsafe and unhealthy.

There was no soap or toilet paper in the filthy room; the deadbolt was broken and they refused to change my room saying there was no where else available, oh, and a security guard tried to enter my room without warning or permission. I left for a different hotel shortly after that because I no longer felt safe at all. It's didn't help that I passed by two rooms with boarded up windows on my way to my own room, or that the area that I had to park in stank of urine and cigarettes.

Very sterile. No furniture in room no blanket on bed no cup of any kind tv remote did not work manager could not help and would not give the only $65 refund and told me to contact Booking.com which I did .
The grounds are unsafe since many rooms are rented out as low income housing which is nice but not noted on web site .
Please ger back to me about a refund as I am a long time member of Booking.com.

they lack communication skills! do not book! we advised we’d be arriving after midnight and office was closed. had to stay in our car with our 1 & 2 year old until we found another place at 7 am

It was the cheapest we could find nearby the location we wanted.
It was not well cleaned, the whole room smelled like tobacco, even the towels and the sheets were impregnated with the smell of the smoke. The card of the door kept failing every time we came in and out of the room. The surroundings didn’t inspire security, either.

This property is unsafe for anyone visiting from out of town. It’s VERY sketchy. It’s dirty, smells of cigarette smoke, the staff was unhelpful, and the room was missing the bathroom door. When I asked the staff to replace the door, they explained that it would have to be done the following day, so we had to find a different hotel on a whim. The linen on the bed was pulled back as if someone had already been lying in it and there was dirt on the bed sheet. There were stains throughout the room as well. A complete letdown to start our vacation.

husband was in a wheelchair and staff was not willing to accommodate and give us a wheelchair accessible room, so it is difficult for my husband to shower because the door didn’t open the correct way. Staff had said we would get another room the next day and that didn’t happen. Staff was also not in the office during the office times office was locked and the office and maintenance had shut off the water for several hours throughout the day

Kourtney was really pleasant at the front desk and she tried to cover for her coworkers errors.
They tried to short us a night and locked us out until booking called to straighten it out. It takes a week and several phone calls to get the deposit back. Our tv & toilet didnt work and there was not a trash can in the room.

it was horrible the first night there we heard a lady yelling as if she was getting beat, when I called the front desk they acted very nonchalantly about it.
everything the property was dirty , the elevator smelled like homeless people lived inside of it and peed inside of it. the room smelled of cigarettes, the floors were not clean, the whole room looked and smelled like it was cleaned before our arrival. i was so grossed out I had to run to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies just to clean it.

Location was great.
The complex was filthy. Trash was in the parking areas and high traffic areas. They are renting these units out for long term rental to transient type clients. The odor of marijuana was pervasive, dogs were constantly barking and small children were constantly playing in the parking areas unsupervised.
This place was more of a skid row than anything

We had sketchy looking people, adults and children, sitting on the stairs as we tried to get up the stairs to our room. THey had a radio playing music on a loud setting right outside of our room door. The bathroom sink did not drain well once we got inside the room and we decided to leave pretty quickly as our family did not feel safe with the who knows what drugs these people had out on the stairs.
