Room Service, no body came to clean the room on 2nd days, no extra towels and bedsheets for 2nd days, no one came to picked trash.

Bon hôtel pour une escale en voiture. Ensemble propre.

My stay and comfort ability was good!!!

I didn’t like how my card was constantly being charged for a payment that they were not taking the time by allowing the payment or giving it time to be authorized which resulted in multiple charges on my card and an overdraft fee which was also done to my son’s debit card as well… And when I reached out to the manager she was to busy over talking me and cutting me off that she was not listening to anything that me or my daughter was saying I also reached out through email because she hung up in which I left a message and also pictures of the transactions that were made on my card… I actually stayed at this location multiple times in the past and I never had a situation happen like this before… And the day that I checked out I called the front desk and over heard a male voice which was a manager and or supervisor in the background instructing the staff to keep charging my card and it took for her to interrupt him and inform him that I was on the phone…

What I didn’t like was, that I searched for a hotel in Princeton, BC Canada. The site ended up taking me to a city in New Jersey, also called Princeton. Needless to say I didn’t notice. I realize it’s my fault and will be calling to see if I can get a refund. Annoying to say the least but, I hope you can realize that it was an honest mistake and provide me with a refund. Thanks. The hotel staff were uniformly extremely friendly and helpful. The room looked very nice -- as a former area resident, I loved all of the pictures of Princeton around. The location was convenient, though you need to look at the address carefully -- there are a LOT of Holiday Inns around there, and it would be easy to wind up at a different one accidentally! I didn't use it, but it's cool that there was a pool there.

The carpet in the room was kind of breaking down and flaking off, and the bed was a little too firm to sleep on comfortably. I wish the restaurant, which seemed otherwise quite nice, had had some simpler foods available to eat when I wasn't feeling well.

We arrived late at night. The reception staff was so quick and helpful during check in. The room was clean and met our expectations.

the beds are very uncomfortable. the mattress was very sunken in. it felt more like a full size bed rather than a queen size. I am very disappointed.

Location - its on the state highway.

Facility is old. Carpet worn out. Broken cupboards. Bathroom fixtures are old. I also wish that the staff was more welcoming - they must be sent for training in hospitality. Unfortunately, I have rarely has so many negatives in any IHG property over past decade!

Restaurant and bar were empty! Prices were VERY high. They should offer a happy hour to get more clients. it was also difficult to tell if room service was available. There was a room service button on the phone, but it wasn’t mentioned on the website or menu in the room. Also, housekeeping tried to get into my room twice between 9am and 10:30am on my check-out day. I had to keep telling them to wait until I checked out. it should be standard to wait until the guest checks out to clean the room. Especially when the “please do not disturb” sign is on the door!

Breakfast was not hot but it was good. I didn’t like that they said my daughter would eat free and then they charged me.

The hotel advertised a restaurant and bar area. However, when I tried to get a drink I was told that the bar was not yet actually up and running. The following morning I went by the Continental breakfast and on my way out was told it would be a $15 charge to my room even though it was not posted anywhere this was not included.
