Fica bem no começo da cidade, longe para se deslocar, somente de carro. E os quartos são em ambiente externo, está dias frios, muito longe, elevador rebotado do lado de fora. Essa dinâmica externa não gostei

Location is good except for entry and exit to Del Monte Ave, which is too busy and a bit dangerous.
The room is a bit small to accommodate 4.
The carpet is dirty. My feet turn black if walking barefoot.

We love how easy it was to book the hotel, and how the page show up-front the price of the room, percentages of taxes that would be added to book the room. Everything was transparent and upfront, unlike other hotels showed their prices so cheap, made us happy that we found the best rate, but when we proceeded to book it the price went up so high. Other hotels are not upfront with their rates. We appreciate a great deal that you provide complimentary breakfast, we love it. Thank you, Holiday Express Inn!

Filthy floors noise from pool refrigerator was broken. No vent in bathroom water leak under sink

First room that I checked into had a damp smell, I raised this with reception, she accompanied me to the room to check and she said that that is the housekeeping smell and that there was nothing wrong with it, after much to say she moved us to a different room, it was a small double bed, bath had stains in it and the plug didn’t work well. Was terrible

We loved the location. It was so close to everything, from all the food hot spots, the local CVS stores, to the beach and everything else Monterey had to offer!
I honestly don’t have any complaints. The property was comfortable and more than what I would expect from a Holiday Inn!

The location was good and we got free parking and breakfast. The hotel was next to an In-N-Out which was nice because we just walked over there for dinner.
The bathroom was disgusting. The shower looked rusty and the shower head would keep sliding down the rod so it was almost impossible to take a shower. Our room also happened to be next to the elevator, and the walls were so thin that we could hear every single time someone went up and down. People were going up and down the elevator all night and we barely got any sleep. I honestly regret staying here and not paying a little extra for a better place.

This was really just somewhere to stay on the way from San Francisco to Los Angeles and as such we really liked it - best breakfast we had in the US. Modern bathroom and plenty of parking.
Although it was fine for one night I think we'd have found the room quite annoying if we'd stayed any longer - there wasn't much room in it with the two double beds.

it is located in a quiet area. You can hear the geese in the pond near the hotel.
there was a faint beep in the room all night. sounded like it was in the room next door but there was no room next to us. also, the toilet gurgled a lot, maybe when other rooms flushed . enough to make water to splash out onto the ground. Luckily it didn’t happen while using it.
