Comfy bed. Microwave in the bedroom.

The bed was comfortable. Couldn't hear any road noise.

The toilet ran continuously. The black hair in the sink was disgusting. There was a "heavy footed" neighbor overhead that kept us up at night and woke us up early in the morning. The coffee maker didn't work. Though advertised, they didn't have coffee available in the office. I think being "pet friendly" should cost less than $50.76!

It was close to the venue for the event.

There was no soundproofing, and you can hear every car that drives by. It's located on a main road, so the loud sounds of the traffic was very disturbing. Also, you can hear every conversation said outside of the room. The air-conditioning doesn't work. It got stuffy in the room and it's already loud from the traffic noise and it's even louder when the window is open. The air-conditioning wasn't an option because no matter what you set the temperature you want it to be, nothing happened and the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. The WiFi is terrible, it would connect, you sign in, and then it would cut out almost immediately. It was so frustrating. In the description, if said that we would have a queen bed, that's a joke...the bed is a double at best.

Clean now size bathroom location was close to where we visited

Handicap shower was broken and being an amputee made it difficult to shower. I booked way in advance so I should have be able to have a shower without being scared I might fall

The room was noisy and the bed made a strange sound whenever you got up.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. Very pet friendly! Staff was welcoming and accommodating.

The location was decent -- Close to CA-1 and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The room was very spacious and clean, all the little amenities you'd expect from a nice motel + more. The staff was courteous and helpful.

I was hoping against hope that some of the reviews about high noise level and inadequate water temperature in the shower were just unfairly biased personal perceptions. As it turns out, the building I stayed in seemed to have NO sound-proofing or filtering capabilities at all. Conversations outside and from upstairs (my room was on the ground floor) sounded to me like the people were standing in my room and talking. The doors opening and closing around your room, people walking around in the upper unit all sounded intrusively close. The water temperature in the shower never rises to hot, and it only felt lukewarm at best. Things like this water temperature issue may not be a major concern for some, but it bothered me quite a bit. Had it not been for these two issues, I'd give this property a solid 10, actually. I stayed for two nights and I didn't sleep much at all due to the noise issue on either night, so I couldn't bring myself to giving it any higher than a 7, despite all the great features the property has to offer.
