Front desk staff is amazing. Great service and super friendly. Location is perfect for being close to everything but just far enough from the hustle and bustle. Mountains right outside visible from pool area. Watch planes take off in the distance looking like they're touching the mountains.

Only thing I didn't like was the uncomfortable bed but that's just preference.

Ausstattung entsprach gutem US-Standard, alles notwendige war da. Modernes Bad, großes komfortables Zimmer. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Warum werde ich jedesmal in Hilton-Hotels nach allen möglichen persönlichen Daten gefragt, obwohl ich Hilton Honours Member bin und dem Hotel die Daten bekannt sind? Nervig. Das Hotel war extrem hellhörig: Lärm von den Nachbarn (inkl. zum Glück kurzer Sexeinlage), von landenden Flugzeugen, von den Wasserrohren der duschenden Gäste über uns,, von der Klimaanlage eines nahen Supermarktes, von einem schreienden Säugling der wahrscheinlich alleine gelassen wurde, es war die Hölle. Am Morgen zu wenig Plätze beim Frühstück. Frühstück selbst typisch amerikanischer Mist, süß und klebrig, Essen mit Plastikbesteck aus Styroportellern - wie im Kindergarten. Warum ist das Standard in einem zivilisierten Land? Nichts wie weiter. Keine Empfehlung.

It looked like a nice place

I got the worst room (101). It's next to an exit door that was super loud and the walls were paper thin and the loud bang of the door shutting kept me up till 2:30 am. This was my worst hotel stay and I have traveled all over Europe and Asia.

We loved the biscuits at breakfast.

More fresh fruit would be nice, apples, pears, grapes, strawberries, etc. The bananas should be ready to eat, NOT green. The waffles were not very good either.

Alles war sehr sauber und unser Zimmer super komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend egal ob Rezeption oder Reinigungspersonal! Die Lage ist perfekt da man innerhalb von 10 Minuten Palm Springs erreicht und sich in unmittelbarer Nähe die Indian Canyons befinden, die sehr sehenswert sind. Das Frühstück entspricht dem normalen amerikanischen Ansprüchen, die Auswahl ist nicht allzu groß aber es ist okay. Der Vorteil ist, dass man sich auch etwas für unterwegs mitnehmen kann.

With so much counter space in the living room, it baffles me why they chose to put the microwave under the TV in front of the bed, 2 feet from the floor, and the refrigerator in the bedroom area as well, when there is so much exposed empty spaces in the living room. It was also awkward to hear a supervisor bully a female staffer telling her she had no choice but to work back to back extended shifts during Labor Day weekend. So much for professionalism. The Passionfruit, mango, guava beverage has this after taste that’s hard to describe and is very unpleasant. Be sure to skip it when getting breakfast. Elevators are slow, slow, slow, so be patient.

Location was great close to small shops, gas station, and bank. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Lots of variety of food. Staff was amazing. Really cared about guests. Very quiet and peaceful stay.

The pool was perfect for the summer afternoon, and the late hours meant we could get back in after dinner. The location is great as well with good dining choices a walk away (I recommend Bangkok Noodles!). Room AC was perfect!

The only thing that was a let down was breakfast. Good spread, nice waffles, but the gravy, potatoes, eggs, etc. miss the mark. They had lactose free milk though, which was good for cereal.

Bed sheets and pillows were very comfortable! Air conditioning worked great! Pool was clean!

This is my second stay here over the past couple of months. The hotel has been updated recently and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are great, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The staff are the best - always super friendly and helpful. I love the vibe at breakfast and also the well-maintained pool. I also love the location as it's walking distance from a few great restaurants and a gym, and next to a gas station.

The pool area could be a little more inviting, maybe with some loungers, etc. The breakfast was better last time we stayed. It seems it had been cut down a bit.

Spacious room. Centrally located if you have a car.

The structure and walls must be paper thin because I could hear every word in the conversations of a family with small children next door to my room: even with the TVs blasting loud. It was even worse because they were up until midnight asking toddlers if they wanted French fries on a Sunday night.

Breakfast was good, just got a little crowded, and people were cutting in line for things, my suggestion, have signs for start of line or arrows.
