The breakfast was ok I enjoyed it very much

The fact that I was told when I arrived at the airport that they would provide me with transportation to the hotel and when I called to let them no I was there the lady told me that they do not provide transportation and it was 2 o'clock in the morning so that had me upset

Conveniently close to the highway

We were told even after advising your location didn’t have any rooms, my son and I were upgraded to the King Suite. TV on the desk did not work, there were no extra blankets for my so to use on the sofa sleeper, the tub had a crack in it and the shower head did not work.

They charged me twice and they still haven't refunded my money.

There is breakfast available 7-10 every morning, which is has not been crowded the 2 times I stayed. The check in ladies are always so sweet and welcoming.

There are renovations taking place on the 3rd floor and there are foot tracks on each floor from the dust they walk around in, but this is on the contractors and not the hotel. I dont like that there is nowhere at all to sit outside on the premises to relax or congregate. The parking lot isn't very big so that may be the reason why.

Booking . Com canceled our stay and there were no other rooms

Ice machines were out of order.

The bed was comfortable.

They informed us when we arrived that our reservations had been cancelled because of an issue at the airport that caused them to need our rooms for other travelers. They completely disregarded our reservation and stated that they only had three rooms left, but we would have to pay THEIR rate instead of the rate offered by our Booking reservation. We had to negotiate with the manager for more than 20 minutes to get him to give us the three rooms for a rate that more closely resembled the rate we had reserved the rooms for. It was ridiculous and horrible service at the end of a long day of travel.

Rooms were clean
