It was a nice place, friendly staff and clean.
My stay was nice until the smoke alarm went off for no reason and I was told to disconnect it. The staff did come shortly to fix it then it stopped.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were large
Showerhead sprays all different directions, hotel room door deadbolt was stuck, needed to unlock the handle just to get it to close behind us, walls were thin, no umbrellas to borrow to get to the car when it's pouring rain, wifi stopped working. A little annoyed we spent this much per night for all this.

Distance from NRG stadium
The guests in the room above us broke their toilet and water rained from the ceiling/can light right outside our door and came into our room. The only accomodations the hotel staff gave us were towels and a wet floor sign outside our door. We have a video of the water falling and will be contacting the hotel company. 2/5

Nothing at all I mean the pool was cool. Didn’t plan on swimming but had to to cool off because the room wouldn’t get below 75 degrees.
First room the tv didn’t even work so they mooved us to their “suite” well the tv worked but the air condition did not

They do not offer free breakfast. I paid extra on the booking site and was told they don't do free breakfast. I could of got the same room for cheaper price if I had known.

The room and facilities were great, definitely exceeded my expectations! The hotel itself is tucked away a little the is not a big roadside side. Make sure you speak with someone, not just rely on GPS they can tell you exactly where to turn, it makes it so much easier. We were in town for the Rodeo and the transportation shuttle to and from daily was amazing. This saved us so much hassle and I highly recommend it during rodeo season. There is a Walgreens right around the corner should you need it and across the street two restaurants I highly recommend The Smash Burger for lunch or dinner and The Kolache Factory is an absolute must for breakfast! Get there early around 9:00-9:30 to beat the rush and long lines.
For the price we pay it would be nice to have a microwave in the room. We were in town for the Rodeo and sometimes having to eat at different times of the day when we were in the room. We ended up buying snack food at the store that could be eaten morning or night. However the option to bring back leftovers to heat up, or have microwavable meals with us would be great. Longer operating times on the restaurant would be great, some people want to eat at different times throughout the day. There may be others like us who arrive tired from traveling thinking the hotel has a restaurant they'll eat there, only to find out it won't open back up for several hours. Other than this our stay great we look forward to staying with y'all again for next year's Rodeo and bringing additional guests with us!

Location is very close to the medical center area, which we were going to and conveniently located by several restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean with everything needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel.
