Size of room very smell. We asked for twin superior, we were in 3, beds were of 90cm. They provided free of charge a third bad, but it was no confortable and occupied all the room

4 days after checkout my credit card was charged 380 USD. Hotel staff on chat told that this was only hold depsite (for what 380,73 USD ???) and the payment was reversed. They suggested wait 30 working days. After this period I sill haven't my money. Hotel staff today suggested me to go to my bank. My suggestion is not give them your credit card data to avoid such surprises.

Location of the property to the attractions

Booking.com stated that there was a rooftop bar at the hotel with spectacular views. As did all other websites. When we got to the hotel the roof top.bar had been closed since covid. There was no bar at all in the hotel. The hotel staff were not interested and did not care. I booked this hotel because of the rooftop bar and was very angry on arrival. Tea and coffee facilities are very poor and only on the ground floor. The rooms are small and all facilities are poor

My second stay in the hotel. Location is superb, away from the noise of midtown but very close to subway. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms a very good size, especially by new York standards. Staff in reception could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I'm a very light sleeper and had to change rooms twice because of a rumbling, fan-like noise at night, It wasn't the air conditioning but was loud enough to keep me awake, even with ear plugs. It probably wouldn't bother most guests but I'm afraid I often find this same issue with hotels. It's probably me!

W pokoju w którym jest okno jest zdecydowanie chłodniej.

I just wished the shower had a door and not a curtain but that is a very small detail. Everything else was great.

There was no breakfast!

Lovely big rooms and really comfortable beds, with a brilliant view of the World Trade Centre and 9/11 Memorial. Easy access to bars, restuarants, subways and a short walk to the ferries to both Statue of Liberty and Brocklyn. There was a coffee machine, fridge and mircowave in in the room, you just asked at reception for extra coffee pots. We also liked that they didn't clean every day but only every third day but you can request whenever needed. Its a great hotel for that price.

Nothing really, except for the noisy ceiling fan/air conditioning - we should have mentioned it to the hotel to give them a chance to rectify but we didn't want to change rooms (1208) as we loved the view.

Vorhang auf und man schaut auf das World-Trade-Center und auf den Ground Zero,... beeindruckend. Zu Fuss kann man den Finance District bequem erforschen. Ideale Lage auch zur Metro, Staten Island Ferry, Wallstreet. Nette Pubs und Restaurants um die Ecke :-)

Die lage direkt am WTC und mitten im Finanzbezirk, ermöglicht eine schnelle Anbindung in jede Richtung. Außerdem gibt es eine schöne Dachterrasse, von der man einen schönen Ausblick und am Nachmittag auch etwas Sonne genießen kann.

Leider ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und Nachts hat es auch nach Gras gerochen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Ground Zero und ist bestens gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser gibt es jederzeit kostenlos in der Lobby und Wasserstationen auf den Fluren.

Hotel limpio, habitaciones triples muy amplias, con vistas al memorial 11S, baño amplio y pequeña zona cocina con microondas y mesa. Bien comunicado , la entrada de metro a 100 m, y WTC entrente, zona muy segura con mucha vigilancia policial. Personal muy amable, una señorita de recepción nocturna hablaba español. Ofrecen agua , café y té gratuitos, eso es muy positivo teniendo en cuenta los precios de N.York.

Tuvimos un problema al llegar ,ya que reservamos una habitación triple y nos dieron una doble , no tenían más , tuvimos que dormir nosotros y mi hija adolescente en la misma cama. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron a una habitación triple tal como teníamos reservado,era muy grande, con vistas y este hecho compensó al menos la incidencia inicial. Cabe decir que no realizan limpieza de habitaciones cada día , creo que pasan a limpiar cada 3 días , no obstante si pides toallas nuevas te las proporcionan sin problema. El suelo es con moqueta. El colchón de la cama era bastante blando, deberían renovarlo.

Die Lage war sehr Ruhig und man konnte alles gut erreichen vom Hotel aus. Ausserdem war die Lage des Hotels am Abend sehr sicher. Personal war wirklich freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel hatte keinen Safe sehr wünschenswert.
