Amazing location. Generous sized rooms with great views. Free coffee/tea all day.

Mattress a little uncomfortable. Really should not be when paying such prices. Pillows were very nice, as were the duvets. Having to request daily cleaning/fresh towels is (just about) ok, considering the hotel’s industry’s commitment to being greener, but rubbish bins should be routinely emptied every day. But not a massive deal, you just mention it at reception and it’s done. Rooms are cleaned on 3rd day I believe. Self check in and check - both times the keycard machine didn’t work, but reception happily assisted.

Emplacement

La posizione è ottima, in pieno Financial district (di fianco al memoriale del 9/11) e vicina a diverse stazioni della metro, per cui ogni spostamento risulta molto agevole. Le camere sono semplici ma accoglienti e spaziose, il letto molto comodo e il bagno dotato di tutto punto, anche balsamo e crema corpo. Abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di distributori di acqua nei corridoi dove riempire le bottigline fornite dalla struttura e la presenza di una macchina Nespresso con una piccola selezione di capsule in camera. Su richiesta, ci hanno fornito ciabatte per la camera e adattatori per la corrente.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a regolare la temperatura dell’aria condizionata della camera che, in generale, risultava rumorosa (si sente anche il rumore proveniente dalle altre camere). Per quanto la pulizia sia sempre stata accurata, va richiesta: non è un problema ma, al di là del cambio asciugamani che ormai un po’ ovunque non avviene necessariamente ogni giorno, rassettare la camera e rifare il letto sono servizi che ci si aspetterebbe come basilari in una struttura 4 stelle.

Location was great for walking. Quiet.

The location was very good. Very close to world trade center (5 min walk), the twin buildings monumental area and trinity church, broadway st. We liked the water fountains, complimentary coffee and tea services. our room was clean and moderate. So a good option if you'd like to see downtown. There were lots of options for coffee pizza shopping etc.

We hoped that they'd give a better view room since we stated that we were a honeymoon couple. So don't expect anything like that. The first night employees on the reservation desk were extremely anti helpful.

Tolle Lage, etwas abseits vom Hauptrubel. Den Ausblick werden wir nie vergessen. Das Zimmer ist für New York relativ geräumig, und gut ausgestattet. Die Lobby mit gratis Kaffee, Tee und Wasser lädt zum Verweilen ein, in der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants.

Leider war das Zimmer bei Ankunft nicht fertig.

Excellent location to visit the 9/11 Memorial Site Warm/clean and very comfortable room with great views of the 9/11 Memorial Site and St.Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. Friendly staff. Close proximity to restaurants/subway and short walk to the river. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t think twice about staying again.

Couldn’t fault this hotel on any level.

The view from the room was phenomenal! So many windows and amazing views of the city!

we stayed for 8 nights at the hotel. We had a family room which had the main bedroom, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, sink, dining table and a separate bedroom for our boys. We were on the 11th floor. There were 4 elevators and we never had to wait long. The view was stunning! Liberty Park, 9/11 pools, Workd Centre 1, Oculus, PAC and Orthodox Church glowing in the dark. My son did not want to draw the curtains even at night! On the 30th floor there are 2 nice terraces with a bar a great view again. The hotel has free laundry room with 2 industrial style washing machines and tumble driers on the 12th floor. Wi-Fi is included in the price. Free water stations throughout the hotel, free tea and coffee any time of day all day and all night. The location is simply superb. There’s so much security in that area and a lot of police presence because of its proximity to 9/11 memorial. It’s very clean. Tons of great cafes and restaurants around. Westfield shopping Centre and Oculus next door. A number of underground stations and a train station to take you to NJ (Hoboken). There are also a number of boat terminals (Battery Park and Wall Street) with a service to Dumbo and a free ferry to Staten Island for those who want to see Statue of Liberty. Battery park is great for kids with a free play area and glass carousel. And you can walk the stunning Brooklyn bridge any time you want as it’s so close.

The room was serviced once every 3 days but we were only given coffee for one day and we ran out of toilet paper because they did not tock it up. When we arrived, the second double bed was not made and there were no pillows or duvets for it even though they knew our booking was for 4 people. Minor things and didn't spoil our stay.

Que no venían a limpiar las habitaciones, teníamos que pedir el papel higiénico cada día y toallas limpias. Además se “equivocaron” y nos retuvieron 500$ más de la cuenta porque si y aún no nos los han devuelto, la mayoría del personal con muy malos modales, muy caro para el servicio que hay.

room is good, location is strategic

the room only being cleaned after 3 days, when we asked to take the garbage at that morning, it didn't happen, I have to tell the receptionist to pick up the garbage the next day

I liked the fact that they offered a station to fill water bottles, loved the balcony, and the room was spacious

The room took an entire day to cool down. For about 16 hours it was at a steady 77 degrees. The AC kept turning off. The fridge took all day and night to get cold The TV gave me an option to pair a device and then would kick me off after 10 minutes of streaming.

Location clean

My room was not ready until 7pm check in is a 3pm but the hustle you to pay extra for a few hours of extra stay . This is not a 4 star hotel also desk people are rude when I say I pay a week ago for this room the person at the desk I believe her name was London her answer was they don't care .

Friendly staff, the room was nice and the view of the 9/11 memorial was absolutely spectacular.

Very well located, nice roof top bar with friendly staff and with view on One World Trade Center.

Staff at reception somehow distanced, (with one exception, thank you for helping me printing the boarding passes!), hospitality and friendliness look different. A room in this price level should have a small fridge and a safe. If you wish cleaning service, you should let the reception know this very early, before 9:30 (that is what was told us), but that is no guarantee that cleaning will actually take place that day. So we were not really satisfied, next time we would try another hotel in this area.

I was with my wife in town for her birthday and there is a few things, but the first one was when I had to wait about 4 hours to be able to do the check in because they said my room wasn't ready, I supposed to check in at 3pm and they give me the room about 7pm. The service from the staff really need to be improved starting with the front desk, and ending with the server at the bar on floor 20th, I had to get up and go the bartender because I was sitting for 15mts and no one showed up to ask what my wife and I needs. When we arrive they were there just talking to each other and they left knowing there was costumers there which is very rude, also the appetizer section are very poor of options, not even one employee there is giving good costumer service they treat you like your money doesn't worth. The room we got was with a terrace and the terrace chairs and table looks like no one ever clean it we hade to do it ourselves so we can seat and eat outside.
