My wife and I were making an unexpected stop as we were traveling on our vacation and we were lucky enough that Hampton Inn happened to have a room available with a king sized bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it ended up being the best hotel of our entire trip. The emanates were outstanding and it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever experienced at a hotel. Clean room, nice staff, and excellent overall experience!

The room did not have the type of coffee maker my wife usually uses on our vacations. Luckily there is a great coffee place just a little down the road. Just be aware they do not have a Kureg coffee maker.

We liked the closeness to restaurants and the warm breakfast. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the microwave and coffee maker

The staff that checked us in was offhand and not welcoming. She refused to take my Hilton Honor card details. The blackout blind did not completely screen the bright lights from the car park

Being charged twice and having to fight for my money. Customer service was awful. Dishonest, not helpful, not friendly. I will never book with Hampton/Hilton again after this experience.

The Hampton Inn was always my favorite hotel so comfy n homey. The modern remodel is bad.. and the beds were horrible. Use to get very comfy pillows and mattress.. it was a dreamy sleep. Now it was like sleeping on a concrete pad. The worst ever will look for other motels next time.

Prices and overall quality at Hampton inns vary widely depending on locations. Do your research. This is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at.
