i’ve stayed there many times so i like that the bed was comfortable

The bathroom drain in the tub didn’t work right which left a lot of dirt and hair. The sink and mirror was also dirty with hair and splatter. M The coffee machine not being plugged in and me fumbling around on the ground at 6 am to find a plug really was very unpleasant! y girlfriend had to go to nearby store and buy cleaning supplies just to feel safe

hotel bar / restaurant was great

I was under the understanding that it was going to be a free breakfast with the room. It was not. You have to pay $15 per person for the breakfast there.

Free breakfast, and updating the rooms. You could tell they were dated.

The size of the room.

The room needs a deep clean or replace the carpets. There was dried/stained blood on the sheets.

I loved how beautiful the front was where the water fall was and I love how clean the elevator was

1 -once you  left beautiful lobby I all Went do hill I paid 178 all together and I thought i should have stayed in a nice place well the carpets was old and all  stain up and it smelled musty and like cigarettes down the hall was and so did are room we stayed in room 200 on the 2nd floor The comforter on the right side at the bottom and brown stuff on it This place needs remodeled Or you need to go over the prices The restaurant That was really ridiculous. Me and my friend Dauter at their hoping to sit down for a good meal, and it up or hamburger was raw meal was pink in the middle we told the welder no Pink..I have a steak it was nothing but fat ask for some sauce to dip my steak, and they bring me a bottle that had maybe a teaspoon in it I ordered a big potato butter and sour cream and bacon did not get the bacon. Then our waiter disappeared. We never seen her no more granddaughter had to wait before she could even eat her french fries because she has to drink or she choked so I had to go up to the bar and sit and wait aand wait and wait. Finally the lady acknowledged me to get a pop. I know , it was not her job but she’s doing ended up taking care of us she’s the one that ended up taking care of us the rest of the evening phone leave always getting ready to leave or waiter decided to pop back in They did take 10% off because of all the problems we had but really we should not have to pay for the hamburger at all that was a little bit ridiculous…. The people at the front desk is really friendly. Checking in and checking. Couldn’t ask for it. Better service there. But I do believe this is a 50 dollar and how do you just because of the rooms hallways and seven ass smells musty smells like cigarettes everything is just so outdated and the restaurant that was horrible

The location was great.

The hotel looked worn on the inside. The room’s furnishings were knicked up and beaten. The bathtub felt like it was going to give in and bust out the bottom. All of this was borderline leaving but what tilted us to leave were the beds. The beds were like sleeping on the floor. I woke up with a back ache both days. Thankfully I was able to take some Advil to enjoy the time with my daughter which is why we were there. After the second night Left and went somewhere else.

Easy to find room and park and get in multiple doors.

Only thing is they just need to modernize update the room and decor. Deff looks like 90s/early 2000s style hotels even had a phone in the bathroom lol. But it was clean, the ac worked great, & the staff was super nice and friendly. We were there for the Taylor Swift concert & it was perfect being only 20 mins from downtown.

They gave us a suite! That was awesome. It was huge and there was plenty of room.

It wasn't cleaned. Hair in the tub, mirror smeared and no toilet paper in the other bathroom. I believed it was a quick clean.

I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. first hotel I've stayed at that the shower was made for tall people, had great water pressure and definitely the hottest water I've experienced in a hotel. staff was professional and friendly.

The hallway by elevator and doorways could use some vacuuming. quite a bit of dirt build up in doorway 1.

Elevator's both broke down at check in and had to make 2 trips up 5 flight s of stairs . I'm 59 and bad knees .

The hotel is in a great location and anything you need it nearby. Even though it is centrally located, it is void of traffic noise. The lobby and facilities are excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very professional, personable and efficient. The stay was very good ending witha breakfast atyiyrin house restaurant, whose wait staff was exceptional.

the rooms were very clean and the location was close to everything. The staff and bartenders were great.

My stay wasn’t very good. Couldn’t sleep. Too noisy I didn’t eat breakfast. I wanted to leave to get out of there. There was a family in next room that had several noisy children. I suspected they were left alone while parents went to the bar. I never heard adult voices only children. They were very LOUD and I couldn’t sleep for a long time. It was so bad that I left after one night but booked & needed to stay 2 nights. The staff said I needed to request a refund through booking.com since I was only there one night instead of two.

I am older female and don’t see small rowdy children very often. Parents shouldn’t leave small rowdy children alone unsupervised in a hotel. The children sounded young but I never saw them, only heard them but, they sounded young.

The child love the pool area

Clean and good location with shopping malls and restaurants around.

Would be better to have simple, but free breakfast.
