Continental breakfast was good. Staff was nice
TV didn't work right. Room had things broken upon our arrival. Beds were hard. Pool was pretty dirty.

Front clerk very nice young lady
MOSTLY the beds have 2-3 inch foam mattress pads. I am 5’8” and i could not get up onto the bed on my own! It was horrible. Then i had to get up at 3am to go to the restroom and getting out of the bed was treacherous . My knee and back hurt so much that i gave up the thought of getting back into the bed after I returned from the restroom at 3am Soooo I stayed awake dreading how tired i would be all day. Definitely not conducive bedding situation if you have knee or back problems!!! And #2 problem i am handicapped and we had reservations in a handicap room. The electric blinds were broken in our room and wouldn’t close (1st floor room looking out to the parking lot less that 10ft from the window) so they moved us at 9:45pm at night

Sarah and Melinda were very accommodating. Very friendly and welcoming. They made our stay very comfortable with their excellent customer service.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable and the breakfast everyday was amazing.
Housekeeping didn’t clean room everyday or drop off towels no clean sheets the entire stay either.

The front desk clerk helped us out and went and found us another bed ,because Booking.com didn't book our room according to what we needed and didn't put my phone number down on reservations.I will not use Booking.com again! The hotel was great they brought us another bed so we could at least have another place for another person to sleep in our group one had to sleep on fold out chair.Booking .com books people in over flow and you get what is available not what you book.
I regret not booking with hotel itself. Booking.com is no good and I have used them for years,not anymore!We had traveled 13 hours to get there and only to find out Booking.com booked us as a overflow and we got to hotel on spring break after traveling 13 hours to find out ,Booking .com booked us a King bed as overflow!Booking.com just received last dollar from me and all our families!

The room was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was good. There are lots of trails to walk/run/bike on. Great restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. Staff was extremely nice. Free parking. It's close to the beach.
It's close to the beach, but roads are very busy, so not quite walkable. Kind of strange that free Showtime is offered, but there's a lot of time loading. No free HBO.
