No breakfast

Rooms were a little dark

The cleanest hotel that I've been in years! We travel with 4 kids and always check all the angles and facilities. We were happy this time, we didn't need to wipe any single thing.

Rooms were nice and spacious staff was very friendly

They were renevating so no pool and weight room lobby was a bit boring

There is no breakfast available at the hotel. they put out coffee the first day, no water for tea. The second and third day they put out tea bags but no water to make the tea. they should have a list of places where you can eat breakfast readily available.

The storm occurred on Friday, i arrived on Tuesday. there was still ice and snow on part of the driveway and parking lot. Although, it is a city sidewalk, there was still ice and snow on parts of it. If you wanted to approach your car form the side walk there was ice and snow to climb over. I paid for my stay on booking dot com. Although the Clerk was very nice, there was confusion about how I was able to pay for incidental . It was suggested that I needed a different card, but it was all worked out in the end. it took 2 people to complete the transaction. I have stayed at this hotel many times, even in the same room. As far as furnishing go nothing has been changed since the new owner took over.,

felt like it was a work in progress. Construction and noise outside on the property. Should be discounting rooms more for this reason. The room while ok was not renovated enough for the customer they are reaching for on their website.

it has potential. it’s under renovation so it’s dated, needs updating and upgrading.

Location! It’s close to No. Adams’ best tourist destinations, walking distance to value stores, banks, grocery stores, and restaurants.

A breakfast buffet would be great for families.

Great location. Appreciate the guest laundry that is needed when travelling for 3+ weeks. Clean. Restaurant was good & right downstairs. Nice view from our room on Fl 6, Will be nice after all the renovations are completed.

No breakfast available & unfortunately the restaurant isn't open on Monday & Tuesday. A lot of the area restaurants were also closed also. 2 of the 3 washing machines were out of order. With the renovations going on much of the lobby was closed off as was some of the parking lot.
