It was suppose to include a breakfast bar in the morning which they didn’t have because of occupancy but we were not informed

Pool, bed and spacious rooms

Restaurant was closed, the bar was way too bright and no vending machine.. options for food was very limited.

Got two rooms. One had a clogged shower drain and the room flooded, the other had a broken air conditioning unit and the water saturated the carpet

We were given a complimentary dinner and a complimentary stay in Townplace suites, because the hotel was overbooked by a conference. We were lingering about for 3,5 hours not knowing what was going on. We were hoping for a swim in the pool and meeting up with friends. The chef of the restaurant was very curteous giving us a snack platter while we were waiting and a free dinner when our friend appeared. Then we proceeded to the new hotel with the voucher to pay for it.

We had to wait for 3,5 hours despite our reservation, whilst other guests were getting their rooms. At first we were told that the rpom was not ready yet. It took them 3,5 hours before we were told that the hotel was overbooked by a conference.

My kids loved the pool. The fact you could swim and see planes fly over you.

The room had food and garbage left behind the night stand. Boxers left underneath the bathroom sink and black mold on the shower curtain. As well as i was charged over 800 dollars for someone else’s stay. It took me 5 days to get my money back.

Lack of appropriate Signage by road resulted in a 20 minute search for the hotel Hot water comes out as as a trickle. Buffet breakfast not satisfactory. Scrambled egges were drey. No toast or english muffins. Potatoes soggy.

Michelle, the supervisor at the front desk was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure I had a great experience. She is a real asset to your hotel!

the location was good. They supplied a shuttle to the airport. I have Mobily issues and they were able to give me a ground floor room. I was dropped off at the hotel very early. Transport issues and got there several hours early and they were able to put me in a room earlier then check out.

first room had flooding issues, room service is slow and terrible, hot tub shut down for “maintenance”, poor communication between staff/shifts: multiple trips to front desk about same issue.

Recently nicely remodeled.

Bathroom floor had a used contact lens on the floor. If housekeeping had cleaned the floor well, would this lens have still been there. However, it could have been the result of someone being careless of emptying the waste basket after the cleaning the floor.
