Staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was upgraded due to no sofa bed. The hotel location was great, near downtown Chicago within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

I was made aware upon check in that there was a $25 Resort credit which is included in the resort fees that had to be used daily. It could only be used in the hotel restaurant or at Starbucks in the hotel, use it or lose it. Basically, you had to spend $25 a day in the hotel. The hotel was nice, but not close to what I expected for what we paid.

Centrally located, nice food amenities and good room. Having $25 food credit was very convenient. It was a madhouse with st Patrick’s day but the service workers did a wonderful job keeping it clean and being courteous and helpful

The location was great. Room service was available until 11:00pm.

The staff was not helpful. Our original reservation could not be located but my confirmation stated that it was a prepaid booking. The front desk staff offered zero solutions. I ended up securing a new booking and ended up paying for 2 rooms on 2 separate bookings. I was told they couldn’t locate the first reservation and there was nothing they could do. Our room was incredibly hot the entire stay. We adjusted the thermostat but the temperature never dropped. Maintenance was notified, I guess they came to the room while we were out and they couldn’t solve the problem so they left a box fan which meant we still had a hot room but now we had a hot room and a loud box fan to move the hot air around. I sweat through my pajamas both nights. Our room had 2 towels when we arrived. We asked for more towels since we had 2 guests staying in the room, housekeeping first asked if we paid for housekeeping before they brought the requested towels. When the towels were brought to the room, housekeeping removed the 2 towels that were there and replaced with 2 new towels. We still ended up with only 2 towels. Housekeeping never showed up to clean our room — and yes, we did pay for housekeeping. I made the bed on my own. I noticed a pile of trash that remained in the corner of the elevator for a full 12 hours — during the day shift. Having the experience we had with housekeeping and the rest of the staff, this shouldn’t have surprised me.

The property was prime location. We were able to walk almost everywhere!

No hay internet disponible 24/7, podría acceder a internet pero escogiéndolo dentro de unas opciones que podría tomar cada día, realmente fue algo que nunca había sucedido en ningún hotel a los cuales he ido.

Todo funcional y en buen estado en la pieza y hotel. Hotel cerca de la playa, para correr por la costanera Bonita vista en el piso 25 del hotel Acceso fácil al hotel, ya sea en taxi, lyft o buses usando tarjeta Ventra

Horarios acotados de funcionamiento del restaurante y starbucks que está dentro del hotel. Problema con el cobro de tarifa reservada en Booking, que luego de realizar un reclamo se cobró lo pactado.

- I stayed 2 nights with a friend and we flew in from Charleston SC. Both of us ran the Chicago Marathon! Ben Moraine was informative and accommodating the entire stay. Ben made us feel at home and welcomed. He’s knowledgeable about all things hospitality and a great fit for Chicago! We plan to return back soon.

Comfortable beds and good sized rooms. We were given extraordinary service by the staff, particularly April at the service desk who was exceptional - warm and professional.

Lack of housekeeping staff given how busy the hotel is but we understand the challenges with resourcing

We were able to change rooms due to Marijuana smoke coming in through the vent, and the front desk made that happen quickly. We did need to request a microwave though
