Breakfast good. Outside lounging nice. Suite was nicely arranged. Beds comfortable. Quiet room. Coffee available at all times.

Did not appreciate having to pay extra $150 "Fee" to Booking. It made the "deal" a lie. Extremely strong smell the whole 3 days (apparent attempt to cover up bad smell).

The property was okay and overall clean.

First the room smelled like old socks and did not smell clean. The glass tray was missing from the microwave. The room was not prepared for the number of travelers. When indicating that there would be 3 adults, it should have been clear that the sofa bed was needed. It was nit made up and There were no linens in the room to do so. When I requested linens I was told to come to the front seat to get them!!! I did NS was given king size sheets and ratty looking blankets Md no pillow or pillow case! When I needed extra towels we were repeatedly told some would be delivered but over the two days we never got any. Finally we were told they didn’t have any clean towels! Also the hotel appears to be housing displaced people. One man smelled so bad it made me gag! I will never stay here again! Has gone down hill from my previous stay a couple years ago. Very disappointed!

I overall liked the hotel and loved the room. I was there for work and the full kitchen with full fridge was very much appreciated. The little island to sit at was great as well. Fantastic room with more than I needed. If the price was a bit lower per night, I would be back.

Could use some minor updates with regards to fresh coat of paint, better water pressure in room. The hotel is located centrally yes, however, it is not in the best part of town. I am not sure what was going on but the clientele at that hotel was very questionable. I didn't feel the safest outside of my room so I did not eat the complimentary breakfast nor use the facilities. Not sure if there is some sort of low income housing that's occurring but at one point there was a gentleman who was clearly under the influence of either drugs or alcohol in the early morning who was half keeled over by the elevator. He did resume movement but then proceeded to knock over the hand sanitizer on the wall and could barely stay upright. Decided then and there I would take the stairs as to avoid an elevator ride with this gentleman.

They canceled are room on the drive their, for a family wedding after paying a month in advance.
