Dark, not clean hotel. Sofa bed was not made when we arrived with our 3 kids. Sofa bed was painfull to sleep on. Breakfast was very basic. Staff did their best, but I Will not stay in this hotel or any La Quinta.

Sofa bed was horrorble and painfull to sleep on. Bed were not clean, Many hair from other guest. Not clean at all, service was no good , even staff was Nice but service wasn’t.

Housekeeping services were very bad. Was there 3days and no services. Had to come down and get clean linens ourselves.

The hotel is being upgraded, which is fine, but the construction crews took 17 parking spots right in front of the entrance, making parking very limited. In the first room assigned the tile flooring was very slippery. We complained and they offered a different room, When we opened the door it was already occupied!!! We went back down to the desk and one of the employees came up looked at the floor in the first room, offered us another room, which had the same issue with the tile flooring. We accepted the room change. However, WE, ended up cleaning up the tiled floor with water and a towel so we would not fall on a slippery floor. Whatever is used to clean the floor by room service could cause a nasty fall.

Breakfast was okay. Had to remain in hot area and not take breakfast out. Location great.

NO HOT WATER DURING ENTIRE STAY, ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER. Mattress needs replacing, sunk in some places. Hot throughout halls, kitchen area and everywhere but rooms. Refrigerator was not clean at the start. One particular desk clerk had the bad attitude for every question asked throughout stay.

No fitness center, no pool, slow ongoing renovation, no trash removed in a 3 - night stay.

We appreciated the VERY FRIENDLY staff. They were very kind, cheerful and helpful.

We were disappointed that the pool and gym facilities were not available. The bed sagged in the middle and there were obvious construction issues with wall and floor moldings (peeling). The room was in need of cosmetic repair (peeling wall paper, updating of fridge and microwave. The the floor we were on was only available on our floor and the rest was under construction.
