I loved the breakfast and the friendly staff

Everything was great!

Close to everything and Salisbury University where we were moving our kid into. Love the cold, flavored water in the lobby and dog friendly vibe (even though we didn’t bring a dog!)

A/C unit was very loud and kept resetting to 75, despite changing it to 68 multiple times. Also, quite pricey for a Hampton Inn mid-week.

Breakfast was included in the price. It was well stocked, freshly made, and had a good variety. The quality of the ingredients was a real let down, so taste was poor. Good cooks with inferior supplies is a bit sad as their hard work feels let down by the company. Room was clean and well maintained. I stayed 4 days and I liked the room cleaning every other day - seems less wasteful. Room was quiet. Parking lot was ample and well paved. Dining spaces were ample and comfortable. Towels were fresh.

Common spaces were cleaned OK but some places need a serious and substantial clean on a regular basis, such as toilets in common areas: e.g., long term grime. Room had a smell of damp (3rd floor) even though AC was clean and well maintained. I didn't see any recycling either for customers or for staff. The quality of the ingredients was a real let down - breakfast and coffee - as taste was poor despite ample and fresh supply. I would have liked to see more attention to recycling and to local Salisbury attractions. The room pricing was variable on a daily basis, which was confusing. Salisbury is poorly serves by hotels and there's a gap in the mark for a small 4-star hotel.

Breakfast was good but could be better. The chicken sausage was tough, egg omelette was over done, the yogurt too sweet. The menu should be a variety of hotcakes, French toast.

Location was close to the race. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We had hotel quest above us that were banging and stomping on the floor for 4 hours 6:30-10:30. I finally had to go to the mainlobbly to complain since it was keeping me awake. I had to get up at 4am to run a Marathon. The front desk was very helpful, they went right upstairs and spoke to the quests. Not sure if it was kids or a dog but it was unbelievable how much noise they were making.

There was a fire alarm and no one knew what to do !!!
