honestly, did not like anything & would never will be back.

well, the whole hotel is DIRTY. our first room’s safe did not work & was coming off of the wall. the divider door for a different room would not lock. the staff was okay enough to help us get a different room, but that room wasn’t even any better. to me as a consumer, the maids or cleaning staff does the bare minimum. the amount of money we spent for ONE night was pretty ridiculous for that dirty of a room. the bed frames were creaking & breaking every movement you made. lamp shade had stains all over it. the outlet for a USB didn’t even work. our view out the window was the pool? who wants to see the pool from your room? they had a sign on the front desk stating consumers who had hyundai’s or kia’s were getting damaged in there parking lot. overall the experience sucked. the staff didn’t even let us know there would be a $100 deposit so right now, it looks like we spent MORE on this crappy room. this hotel needs to focus on cleanliness, friendliness, & a well-maintained hotel. i should have taken more picture of this room, but honestly, i was over it & just wanted to sleep & get home ASAP the next morning. this place was really a joke staying there & wont be back to ANY holiday express again.

Pool area was clean and well stocked with towels. Staff was extremely friendly. The conjoined rooms worked well for our family.

Elevator is pretty slow.

The customer service was excellent! Everyone was super nice. I was worried we weren't going to get conjoined rooms but when I got there the lady at desk said we have you in rooms next to each other and it's conjoined. I was so happy. Not every place takes into account kids when guest book two rooms. I was very pleased.

There were some guests in the pool who made the pool experience uncomfortable for my kids.
