Breakfast was okay. Not great!

Asked for accessible room but didn’t get it. No blanket in room. Wanted to call front desk but no phone number.

Location was good for what we needed.

Lots of stuff did not work. Part of coffee pot in room was missing. No refridg or microwave in room. Oder (pot) in the place was terrible. Noisy at night, was not controlled. Not a really good breakfast. Orange juice machine did not work. Not a good stay.

The staff was tremendous, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The wifi was spotty at best. At times it was good, other times not so much..

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was neat and clean 👌 Overall facility was good.

It's hard to keep connected to hotel WiFi. And forget your 5g network in the room . Probably you spend your night without the internet. No microwave and small refrigerator provided by hotel in the room.

The room was warm and the beds were comfortable.

towel rack in the bathroom fell off and maintenance never cam to fix it so I fixed it. outside good wouldn't work with room key. Breakfast was older pastries it appeared that what was left from yesterday was put out for the next day. Not very appetizing.

That animals are allowed free of charge.

The bathroom walls were very dirty, needs to clean the bathroom a bit better

Staff was pleasant.

The place was not clean. The tub in our room had long hair in it that didn't belong to us, there were pee stains on the toilet, the new tissue roll was stained, the sheets on the mattress didn't even fit. Price was way too expensive for such horrible accomodations.

Wasn't offered or told about breakfast..I ordered from uber...once I was leaving I saw they had breakfast...

The room smelled like dog poop I stayed there for 2nights noone bothered telling me there was breakfast nit even front desk ...you literally have to turn on a/c for a while or get use to the odor it's like carpet needs cleaning it's just a strong odor. Door didn't close correctly had to use body to push on it to close..

good location for our needs

the free breakfast was barely even a continental breakfast. been to much less expensive hotels with better amenities

The size of the room

The room was not as nice as I would've expected considering it was the "presidential" suite. There was a dirty wet towel hanging in a bathroom left over from the previous guests. The outlets are loose and things do not want to stay plugged in. The light fixtures are severely all scratched up. The parking lot has trash and some towels laying around. As for the breakfast that is provided, it should be specified that it's a continental breakfast. I ended up eating elsewhere when I saw what was available. I also sent the hotel messages and no one ever responded so I had to call.
