The room was comfortable, pool water is heated well, and we don't eat pork/red meat so it was nice to see plenty of options for breakfast

There were 3 times when I had gone to the front desk and waited around for help. One of those times had been later in the evening so I understand that staff may have been short and busy. Otherwise, we had a bad smell coming from our bathroom but the bathroom looked clean and we didn't see anything that seemed to be the issue.

booking.com did not reserve a paid room for me there…..I had to pay again for a room. Still trying to get credit card refund for booking. com’s mistake.

Could have used more towel racks in the bathroom, but since ours was a one night stay it didn't matter.

Staff was exceptional. Room seemed very clean. Love the room darkening window shades. So much better than heavy dirty drapes. Great shower head style and spray settings. Room furnishings are perfect for my needs.

A little more ambient noise from other normal room activity than I would prefer.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Sunk in the middle so we could t sleep. Sheets were very scratchy

We were on a state bowling trip and stayed here as it was close to the bowling alley and reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It was nice to see the hot continental breakfast was back.
