The kitchen was a nice addition. 2 TVs - one in the living area and one in the bedroom.

Everything was fine until noticing that it was very obvious that the room had been occupied prior. Indicating that housekeeping did not thoroughly clean in between guests.. there is a "clean room guarantee" that says the hotel will refund one night if they fail to meet cleanliness expectations. Well that was a lie. Then they became rude, and insulting me saying "I couldn't afford it in the first place, that's why I want a refund.. " now THAT is insulting.

This place is a dump.

Most of the staff was very nice

There were knats in my room, I thought breakfast was until 10 (like most hotels that I've visited) but it was over at 9, I had a problem with my door locking, and the morning front desk attendant was kind of rude in my opinion

Pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was lacking. The room had walls that you could easily hear through.

I left at 5:15 am and no breakfast was available. bathroom floor was dirty. bathroom lights were like strobe lights. So annoying I unscrewed some. cups and dishes were dirty. disgusting. weight machine in workout room is broken. treadmill is broken. breakfast is poor.

The staff and manager was friendly at check in, lady behind the desk at 2am was knocked out sleeping, room was comfy and would like to stay longer next time we visit the area

Housekeeping needs to make sure and clean the base of the toilet otherwise honestly my room was great

Bed was SUPER comfortable, shower was great.

Felt kinda run down and dreary.

First of all, the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very clean and accommodating. I was happy that the room have a full size refrigerator, 2 stove top burner, pots, pans plates and utensils. We will definitely come back to this hotel again whenever we travel for baseball.

Wish the pool and fitness room are open.

The room we were assigned when we got there actually had someone in it. We went back down to the desk and she changed our room but then about an hour later someone tried to get into our room. She was assigning people to occupied rooms. Then every time we left the room our key wouldn’t work because they took us out of the system because that wasn’t my assigned room because she had to give us a new one so the other staff members didn’t know that room had someone in it. Not a horrible experience just annoying that we had to go get our key reactivated every time we left.

Location was great. Several hotel amenities (pool, gym, breakfast) were closed due to Covid, which sucked, but not the hotel's fault. Close to a lot of attractions.
