The breakfast was excellent! I love breakfast and always look for breakfast included in the price of a hotel room.
I was surprised I had a handicapped accessible shower. I had never seen one in my years of staying at hotels.

The noise from the joining room was loud at night...the sink didnt work...the pool was overcrowded with many children and couldn't use the hot tub because it was full of kids playing ..I think this place is way over charged for what it is

The bed was comfortable. Location was good and quite.
Carpet in room hadn't been vacuumed. Dirty towels outside of my door when I checked in also trash bag left in the hallway overnight.

would have loved oatmeal or cereal. one yogurt left in fridge at 0845 first morning; second morning, there weren’t any yogurts at 0730. don’t think they were stocked. appreciate the eggs (pretty good actually)

Staff was rude at times and they had to ration towels. Wouldn't stay again

The staff worked through our reservation issue and was able to change our room even in their system's absence of the reservation made through Booking.com. Even though short staffed.
The breakfast was skimpy on options. They charged both the credit card used to pay for the room AND the checking account used to reserve the room. Now I am going through bank dispute to correct.

Comfortable beds. Pool area was clean. It was nice to have free wifi.
Carpet was not the cleanest. I found an earring that was not ours on the carpet. People in the pool area had alcohol in glass bottles.

Staff was pleasant.
Many of the lights only had 1 bulb working. One light did not work at all. Breakfast was very minimal.

The staff was not friendly. It isn't anything like the other comfort inns we have stayed at.

Nothing the room was gross had bugs on the bed and hair. Food still on the floor. Shower was never cleaned.
