I selected this place for the location which was near the place I would be going to each day. I liked the fact that it had a restaurant and bar on site. I had breakfast twice out of the 7 days I was there and it was good. However, I had to get a breakfast voucher each day and since a family member was sharing my room, was told we had to go together. We could not get separate vouchers. The bar staff was helpful and friendly.

From the moment of checking in, it was a bit of a nightmare. I had requested a nonsmoking downstairs room (not available and blamed on Booking.com). Was first put in an upstairs room against my wishes. No elevator, so had to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs (in our 60s) only to learn the air conditioner was not working in that room. Back to the front desk to take the downstairs SMOKING room and lug suitcases back downstairs. Bathroom floor leaked water daily. No phone in the room. First night, keys would not work (3 trips to front desk which was about as far as you could get from the lobby). Batteries in lock changed next day. Had to go to the front desk EVERY day after that to get new keys each day. Checked out a day early (after7 night stay) and requested a refund of 1 night ($170). Was told the manager had to approve. She was not on site. Front desk would not call her. Left my name and number and she still has not called. This place was old and in need of repairs and definitely not worth $170 per night. I will never stay in this place again!!!

The roof in the lobby was leaking. There was no vacancy and it was super hot out and the pool got closed. It did not reopen when staff said it was supposed to.

It was very dirty and over booked. Didn't have a room for us.

Rooms smelt like cigarette smoke, wasn’t very clean, was woken up in the middle of the night from the room next door having sex, very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend.
