Staff was friendly

Side door security door was broken. I didn't feel safe. Coffee maker in room didn't work. Smoke smell in Hallway very strong.

TV didn't work and they didn't fix it or replace it. Rooms didn't get cleaned

had to ask for more towels because the room haden't been cleaned the whole time we were there. the bathroom sink ran non-stop and could not be shut off.

Beds were comfortable. Location convenient to restaurants.

Bathroom was dirty, hair in shower and on counter. Moldy-type ring in the toilet. Stick-pin on countertop and on bathroom floor (which shows the lack of cleanliness). Bathroom vent not working.

Staff very pleasant. Facility is older and in need of renovation. Breakfast OK.

When I checked out I was given someone else's bill.rhe two people who were working acted like they more interested in flirting with each other than helping g or answering my questions.

Location was idea and room air condition worked well.

Room was filthy!!!! Desk, sink, tub, & night stand had not been cleaned, dusted or wiped off. I wiped them down and the wash cloth was black. Carpet had not been vacuumed and bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped. I think the bed linens were clean, but we were so creeped out that we kept waking up checking for bugs. Outside of building was not welcoming either. Planters were just filled with trash and cigarette butts. Parking lot was full of broken glass and cigarette butts. Paint peeling off building. We only stayed because we needed to get out of the heat as we were on our motorcycle's. Moring staff guy was busy wiping down his Benz out in the front and we couldn't even pull up to load our luggage. Breakfast was subpar. Trash cans were full and needed to be cleaned. Everything was disgusting. I'm still creeped out!

Employee sleeping in the lobby on shift in the morning, had to be woken up by another guest; breakfast was not put out on time; was told printer in lobby didn't work because the boss won't order cartridges; dirty shower and black stuff on ceiling above shower; no password for wifi required

. Motel was very nice but did not clean room like clean room, towels, and did not put new clean bed sheet. Very poor service.
