place was nice, clean and food was surprisingly good for a small, simple place. smoking area very pleasant.

stayed there for early airport shuttle. when arriving at 3:45am were told the driver was ill and we had to walk! I have mobility issues and dragging luggage in the dark crossing large streets and parking lots was very difficult. they should have offered us an Uber or cab or something! very disappointing.

What I really, truly dislike is the staffing at the front desk. We stayed on two separate occasions; en route and upon our return. Each time the check in staff couldn’t be bothered to give a welcoming, they barely looked up from their monitors, and responded perfunctorily to our questions. I should mention at each time of check in there was no one waiting behind us. Not a peak time for check-in.. In a word : rude. On our departure morning there was a young woman at the front desk who smiled and wished us good morning and safe travels. I nearly fell over.

I wanted a quiet place to sleep the night before our 5:00 AM flight. The walls were not sound proof, I could hear the person in the next room opening closets and using the bathroom. We were on the second floor and we could hear the person above us walking around. We could hear people coming down the hall and going into their room near us. The price for water etc in your little store was way overpriced.
