The power was down didn't have a key card for the room the front desk had to come open our door with a master key coz the system was down I feel the owe me money back after paying $400 for 3 night very unhappy with my stay

Quiet. Close to family we were visiting on Thanksgiving.

Overall the decor seemed grey and dull, beds were very uncomfortable. My 87 yr old mom didn't get a minute of sleep. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

the front desk had a very bad actuated, on booking the hotel shows that I can check in if I am 18. when I. arrived they said I can’t and when I show them the policy on booking the front desk talk rudely and said she will refund if I want.

Not at all… It was dark in parking lot. The building was not marked on what side of the building you needed to go in. Also they said that you need your key card to get into the building! Wrong!!! The is open the whole time, so anyone can come into the building. It’s not a security building. I feel very uncomfortable & safe.

It wasn’t safe, clean, lite up, just not a very comfortable place.

Nothing. We left without staying. The room was dirty but they tried to put us there anyway.

See above. They put us in a room with dirty used sheets on the bed and a dirty bathroom. It had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Worse, the bed had been made up as though it was clean. We arrived very late and tired and fortunately I noticed so we didn't stay in the room.

the easy checkin/check out process and hotel staff. i didn't have the opportunity to eat breakfast in the morning, but it smelled and looked great. the location was close to shopping areas, gas stations and the highway.

the drains in the shower/tub would not fully drain. even overnight the water would remain in the tub and collect towards the center rather than go down the drain. the drain cover itself was also broken/loose. the beds weren't the most comfortable and the location of the hotel and it being so close to the train tracks were a huge issue. it was difficult getting to sleep let alone staying asleep with the trains running all hours of the day. the ice machine was also broken and dirty on the second floor. the back entrance throughout my entire stay was almost always littered with garbage, food, etc. it didnt seem like any efforts were made to keeping up with the cleanliness or general maint. throughout the facility.

Plenty of parking.

A railroad track runs along the back of the hotel. So when it goes by the entire building shakes. The interior needs a much needed upgrade. The stench in the room was very geriatric.

The breakfast was exceptional and while a buffet, it was cooked by a chef at the hotel restaurant. The bed was comfy and the room was bigger than expected. The courtyard was beautiful.

The property was under reservation and there was some sort of gathering for Harvard students. Access is a little troublesome.

Good hot shower with good water pressure. Very clean.

TV did not work at all and there was no one available to fix it. Wallpaper was peeling in several areas. Dirty splash of something on the art work on the wall by the bed

disgusting bathrooms. first room had sticky toilet seat and shoes stuck to floor. replacement room’s bathroom was a little better but still gross. rooms in poor, decrepit condition. place should be torn down.

Beds were clean. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Good location.

Beds were very small in the double room. uncomfortable circulation of the air conditikner in the room. Alot of litter on the corridors.

The room was ready right at check in time and the staff was very pleasant.

The vending machine from Berkshire food only worked half of the time and the train went by every hour both of which is not the hotels fault. You might want to upgrade the vending machine I spoke of. The mirror was dirty in the bathroom. When I showered words appeared on the mirror.
