The location
The beds were not at all comfortable and the noise. The trash truck sounded like it was inside the room. you can hear everything from the toilet in the other room being flushed

Great stay with family, including my 11 yr. old and 9 yr. old. We have stayed here before and always have had a pleasant stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We arrived at around 3pm and had ample time to use the pool, which was empty to our surprise. The pool water was warm and clean (just had leaves that I pulled out with pool skimmer that they had there). Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options and there was staff there cleaning as everyone ate so everything appeared orderly and clean. Great location as well, close to a shopping center.

Excellent stay as always when we stay at this location. The only part that I rated low was the front desk staff when we arrived. For the most part, all staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.
The only part that I rated low was front desk staff that checked us in upon our arrival. She appeared upset and seemed to rush the transaction. I forget her name but her tag had assistant manager on it. We went to our room as soon as we were checked in and they came down to eat in lobby because we had ordered pizza delivery. This same employee was at the front and I asked for napkins and she gave me just 5 and did not reply at all. I feel front desk staff should be cheery and welcoming and this lady was completely not that. She later did let us know that we could turn on the lights above us and I saw she was folding towels so I came to the conclusion that this poor lady was just tired. I never saw her again. I hope this is not her daily demeanor. All other staff was friendly and polite.

The outside is nice and good location but the inside of the hotel was awful. It’s dirty and outdated, smelled dirty but like they are trying to cover up the smell with perfume. The room was very dirty and smelled bad. I won’t be staying there again.

The location was great. Pleasantly surprised they provided breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. My family fit comfortably. Overall the suite was clean.
One side of the bedside light was out, as was the reading lamps fixed to the head board. The carpet had a stain. The air freshener was strong and activated my allergies.

Lots of space in our twin queen room ,breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from hot and cold , very fresh and tasty.location was perfect for us to visit family, and fantastic for shopping will large mall just across the road , and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.
I personally would have like somewhere to cook an easy meal , as we were there for 10 nights , restaurants are very close by but eating out every evening was a bit to much for us ,

The full breakfast buffet was great the location was outstanding and the employees are awsome Alma and Eric at the front desk rock!! its walking distance to everything the fashion center mall is directly across the street so is walmart and no kidding 50 restaurants surrounded the hotel the last 2 times I stayed I didn't rent a car I walked or took a 5 dollar lyft ride it's a super safe location and it's beautiful in chandler trust me your gonna love it 😀
My only dislike and it's not a complaint is it dosent have a full kitchen and a separate bed room like it's big brother the ressidence in marriott that is directly beside it were I usually stay but it's always sold out but don't worry it's a marriott hotel and you will love it

Comfy and clean
They charged $15 for parking per night. So an additional $30 above the total price from booking .com. Why is this not just included with the price. BS!!! They are no where near airport. So everyone is gonna have a car.

I liked everything about this location except the manager.
The manager was rude and disrespectful. Seemed racist. She never introduced herself or tried to see how she could remedy a situation. She started aggressively talking to me like I was a threat to her. I was NEVER rude to her nor did I ever cause an issue for herself or her staff. Stayed before at the same location and had an amazing stay. Spring Hill should re-evaluate who they provide management power to.

Breakfast wasn't good, but the location was the only good thing about our stay.
Some one had died in the room below us right when we got there, and our room smelled like bad BO!

The staff were very helpful. Especially during breakfast time, I had my son in one arm and was trying to serve my oldest. One of the employees were very helpful once she noticed me, then offered to help. The staff who managed the pool were also very helpful with getting our beach toy out of the filter. The front desk was also very generous when we did a late check out.

Everything from the entrance to the breakfast! Staff was so friendly and helpful, my kids loved the stairs- of course! Hopefully next time we get to use the pool..
