Big spacious and very clean and comfortable

When we first checked in the guy at the counter didn’t know very much and double Charged my room burning the money back

The front staff were friendly. The suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was large and had a nice layout.

We could hear people above us, which made it difficult to sleep. Pool and hot tub closed too early.

Staff is friendly and accommodating! Location is good right next to the Chandler Fashion Center and lots of restaurant options & freeway nearby. Surprisingly, there is not a lot of road noise from the freeway. I like the apartment style units with a full kitchen. The breakfast has a very nice variety of options including eggs, sausage and waffles Etc.

Hidden charges like $15 per night for parking. The rooms are fairly clean but getting a little run down. Smudges on the walls, apparent blood stains on curtains, etc. Non-working phone and remote. The bedroom is very tight, there is barely enough room to walk around the bed.

Clean, comfortable. Good enough breakfast. Great staff and room service.

Bathroom needs a serious update. The tub is extremely shallow and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Living area seating was not very comfortable.

Very spacious room with many amenities. The receptionist was extremely polite and accommodating.

The shower head wasn’t very tall and the shower was sort of small.

the property was located in a nice area near great food options and shopping.

I was hoping for a better breakfast selection and I walked up to the front desk during a conflict with another guest and the hotel front desk employee that was not pleasant. The conflict was definitely heated but I was disappointed on the employees ability to diffuse the situation effectively and the lack of help she had.
