Clean and quiet

Very clean room, crisp odor. Bathroom was exceptional. Everything worked and was in order. Staff was friendly also.

Very nice and clean, easy access, comfy bed with quality linens, spacious room and nice large bathroom. Awesome complimentary cookies.

No cons

nothing. there was a bar and then a pool and u couldn’t bring any food or drinks to the pool??!! that’s just crazy

I didn’t even stay more that 20 min and then I left.

We live in town. Didn’t want to drive and return for work. Alex was the deciding factor to us staying here. We had a few things to do this weekend and wanted to try and relax in between everything. She made us feel welcome to the point we extended our stay and we do staycations all the time.

Chris the supervisor changed our entire stay. He was rude and handled himself in and unprofessional manner. I understand that there are processes and procedures but he needs to learn how to work with customers and the public. You don’t roll your neck and head when speaking to a guest #1 and you don’t make someone feel like they are stealing or that they broke into a room and are just crashing there. Especially if you have been there for 2 nights already. Unprofessional! Not happy at all. Would like to speak with someone.
