Location for food n shopping is great

Wish the property had free breakfast

the location was perfect for our purposes. The hotel was neat and clean. Reasonably priced with friendly and accomodating staff.

When we checked in we noticed the couple next to us got a goodie bag. But we did not receive one.

The location was awesome. So much to do nearby. The room and hotel were very clean. The bar and bartender seemed experienced and hospitable. The front desk was awesome at check in. And the beds were quite comfortable.

There was no spa only a pool. And the pool is only heated closer to Christmas.

Room wasn’t ready by check in time, not estimated time, but was told it would be ready at check in. Staff had no accommodations for not having the room ready. When we got into the room, door handles were loose and even the one in the bathroom fell off.. could have injured someone. Window blinds wouldn’t work.. worst experience by far.
