Comfortable room with a small balcony (was not expecting that!) Staff was extremely friendly.

The railing on the stairway from the 1st to 2nd floor is loose

They had a small bistro inside the facility so you could get a bite without having to go to a restaurant.

Location and staff were great. Loved fridge and microwave!

Run down smelly room Stains on carpet huge amount of dust on lampshades and curtains. Had a balcony but looked too dirty to enjoy. Needed an outdoor pool. Not indoor Vent in bathroom made a horrible noise. There was also hair in the sink and the sink didn’t look clean so I cleaned it instead of complaining. But since you asked, I’ll tell you. Also air conditioner was so Loud every time it turned on or off it woke me up. But I did appreciate that it worked. Almost left after the first night but didn’t want the hassle. The tv also sucked the remote was bad no menu on tv to select channels and had to turn tv to see it. Room was not set up for convenience. And the couch has stains so I sat on a towel. Ugh. And lightning by mirror also was poor.

How clean everything was

The check in was not great I was not told about breakfast I had to ask and I was handed my room card I was not even told what floor it was on I had to ask. When I went to check out my sister and I had waited ten mins and when we finally did get someone to check us out we was told "sorry we were in a meeting" and at that time there was a lobby full of people and no one attending the front dest.

Room had good space.

We found a cockroach on the closet aside from that all was good.

The location is good.

My room was a double room, there was a door where the host next to me was forcing the lock, this was very uncomfortable. The hotel has no breakfast, and there is a bar where they serve something to eat for breakfast, but it is very bad, with no options.

I love the location of this property. It is central to many stores and restaurants

I was informed they were going to start charging for parking. not to crazy about that.

indoor pool was nice and also a lot of rooms have balconies ✅✅

Breakfast oatmeal with fresh blueberries was superb! Starbucks coffee…just like home!

Not aware housekeeping was every other day.

Clean room, very comfortable, nice pool and gym, the bistrot was nice and had all I needed, the plus is the lovely man working at the front desk during afternoons and nights: so kind, keen to help for any issue, and terrific elegance.

For some reason my room never got cleaned in 6 days, but it's also my bad, I could have just asked at the reception but I was too lazy to do it
