bed was nice, wifi was good for work.

sink was completely clogged upon arrival, was hard to find an employee behind the counter in the afternoon, they didn't want to give me a free water behind the register and there was a large stack of about 150 water bottles behind them. asked me to pay for one in the gift shop instead.

Assistant manager was extremely nice!

There was no breakfast. Facility/room was beautiful, clean and comfortable.

Would have liked a breakfast offer.

I was told there was art by a certain local master on display, but that turned out not to be so.

The hotel is quite near to the airport. Very handy if you have an early flight

Thanks to the help of Kevin Smith we got our reservation issue worked out. I had reserved 4 king rooms for 8 people through booking.com. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2 rooms. It was very confusing because I had also booked 4 rooms for 9 days later, also through booking.com. They did the same with that reservation. They charged me for 4 rooms but only booked 2. We cancelled all 8 rooms and rebooked through the hotel. Kevin helped me talk to booking.com to explain what happened and tell them I should not be penalized for their errors. Booking.com was supposed to email the hotel to confirm this. Kevin gave me his business card and said he would work with me until the issue got resolved.

We had to leave before the restaurant opened for breakfast but had dinner there the night before. We were a group of 8 which was a little much for the amount of staff there. So we did not all get our meals at the same time. If fact one person did not get his until all the others were done.
