The hotel was close to the wineries, casino, outlets, and finger lakes. The town itself is quite small but lovely and welcoming.

The toilets (at least on the first floor) were very small and very close to the ground. I felt like I was using a toilet for a toddler.

Just needed a quick 1 night stay. Found this hotel. It was newly remodeled, clean and very well priced. Continental breakfast was great, attendant was friendly and attentive. The beds are very comfortable and the big walk in shower was awesome! Very nice place.

We had to change plans last minute because the place where we were going in MA had water issues. We decided to check out Senecca Falls . Our choice for the hotel was a good choice. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean. Great, walk-in shower with massage head! Breakfast Included. Walking distance to Store. On-site restaurant. Easy travel to the many sites to see both in Senecca Falls and surrounding areas.

Although having a restaurant on site was nice... the service was great! But the food was more salty than we would like. Oh, the best peanutbutter pie!

Very nice updated room with comfortable bed and pillows. In room safe and refrigerator was nice. Nice shower. Quiet area.

Room 185 HVAC unit very loud and making gurgling sound. Night light burnt out. Bathroom door towel hook broken off and no toilet paper holder. Room was not made up after leaving at 8a for the day.. Entrance door E continually propped open creating a security issue. If card reader is broken please get it fixed.

The breakfast was decent and love the upgraded furniture and bathroom.

The cleanliness of the room was poor. There was wads of hair in the shower, greasy fingerprints everywhere, and also most outlets did not work but I do have to say the bedding was very clean even the mattress itself.

Beds were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice and spotless. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again. Would definitely recommend 👌. Food was also great at the restaurant.

The only thing we didn't like was the pool. We wanted to swim but it was a bit cloudy and could have been cleaned and a heated pool would have been nice. I did put my feet in and it was pretty cool for the sunny August days. I think it needed a complete update. It didn't hinder our stay but it would have been nice for a swim in-between going to attractions in the area.
