After checking in at midnight, they sent a text to see if everything was alright. I just got to sleep and now I get a text.
You shouldn't text after 9 p.m.

That it had a bed.
The pool was not working and neither was the elevator. Having to deal with that when your mother has just had knee surgery was hard to deal with. We did not even know about this until we walked in. Communication would have been nice so we could of change our plans and picked a different location.

The young woman who works at the front desk is lovely. I believe her name was Saba.
An older property what could do with some upkeep.

I didn't have time for the breakfast, but it looked very appealing. I did grab coffee. Excellent.

The breakfast was delicious my kids and i loved it. the room was clean and comfortable and we surprised my husband with the visit. We will stay again when we visit since he is working there for a long time.
nothing it was great and we had an awesome experience staying there. We had no issues with our stay and can't wait to come back for another visit. Definitely will let everyone i know to stay here when they come to visit.

Everything...I hate we didn't stay longer.We only stayed 2 days but everything was so nice and I had a bond with the front desk worker OLIVIA and that never happen.I met 4 of the front desk clerks and Im extremely impressed.AMAZING AMAZING STAFF...KUDOS TO HAMPTON INN PORT ARTHUR STAFF🌹🙏♥💜

The location of the property was nice as you can walk across the street to a park and along the water. The staff was friendly when approached. Those were the only two positive aspects at this property.
The property really needs an overhaul and DEEP cleaning. I had to try to clean the room myself just to feel comfortable enough to put stuff on the counter. There was mold/mildew throughout. The picture of the shower head is after I already tried to clean it, it was even worse before. We evacuated and was unable to relocate as there was no availability anywhere else.
