When I called the hotel on the day of my arrival and notified that I will be checking in late (or early in the morning) I was told that I need to be in before 4am. I expressed my concern that I might be arriving later that 4 am and wanted to see if there is a possibility to leave a note on my reservation. The representative informed me that its not an option but they could check me in over the phone. They put a hold charge on my card and lead me to believe that I will have a room the next day. When I arrived at the hotel the next day, I was informed by another representative (Ashley) that I in fact did not have a room and charge for "No show" was applied apron $100. When I told her about my conversation with another representative, her response was that she did not know who could have told me that since its not what they do. I said that it probably will be easy to find out who was on shift the day before since I new the time of the conversation. She continued to tell me that she does not know who works different shifts. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager is only works in the mornings and will not be in until next morning and I should come back then (I was on the business trip and could not possibly be taking time off to try to sort out the billing/ reservation issues). I asked if Ashley could call the manager and talk to her on the phone. Ashley said her cell phone was broken and she did not have the manager's number (Not a single document in the office apparently had the managers phone number). Ashley also told me that all she could do for me was to make another reservation. Which I declined and made a decision not to stay in the hotel with such poor business. Stayed at Marriott and absolutely enjoyed it there.

Had to wait 15/20 min for check in staff to arrive. Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping overnight. Had to go and get clean towels etc. WIFI would keep cutting off every few minutes!

This is the best Days Inn I have ever stayed in. The rooms seemed newly renovated, had tasteful furnishings and colors, and a full-service kitchenette. The stay came with a hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, biscuits, yoghurt, cereal, bagels etc. The nightly rate was also very reasonable.
An elevator would be nice, but it's not a dealbreaker.
