The Breakfast is very basic and not much choice, plastic cutlery.
The bathrooms need upgrading, particular the shower.

The location was excellent with easy access.
Very outdated and furniture in the lobby, the room and pool chairs. Truly needs to be updated.

bed bugs. the staff was unorganized and couldn’t find my reservation after the fact the hotel already charged for the room. then the room they gave me smelt horrible like wet rag. the toilet was leaking left the whole restroom floor wet.

Good location near things we wanted easy access to.
First room we were in the A/C did not work properly. We were transferred to another room and the A/C was a little better but still did not function properly. The hair dryer did not work. The shower dripped all night and water splattered on the floor. The staff was accommodating but seems the property needs some maintenance work.

gave wrong pricing and I feel was unfair to be charged more due to the staff on duty and when I took up with the manager she said she couldn’t do anything about and explained that it was my mistake

Breakfast was just okay. Front desk was bad, very unprofessional and i would day even rude. it was very noisy all night because of extreme proximity to the highway. didn't get any sleep! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone other than really deep sleepers.

Bed was comfortable
Front staff was rude. Had to go ask her for towels and she said they are in the room, they wasn't in the room. When we showered they pictured showed 2 shower heads there was 1 for handicap was about chest level water when we tired to shower was cold 🥶 not worth the money at all

The hot water did not work in the room, the staff does not understand nor speak English, there was no cart available for luggage when I arrived I was told someone must’ve been using waiting for a while cart was not returned it still no cart available at time of departure one of the staff reported to the manager what room the cart was in, manager did not attempt to assist. I usually stay a weekend here every 2 to 3 months when visiting family not sure if I’ll be going back 😩
It’s usually a little better I love the location and the access to everything!
