Close to the hospital for my mom

Kia or Kai don’t know how to spell her name mid size black lady Sumwhat skinny very short black hair she’s the manger very rude an disgusting and disrespectful said even if you smoke outside you need to get a smokin room apparently that’s never happened to me before and I’ve stay in a lot of hotels visiting family she laughed in my face all the other staff were very respectful she should not be working there with her attitude even if you have stuff going on at home you DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON THE RESIDENTS SHES UNTRAINED AN VERY DISRESPECTFUL SHE ALSO ENTERED OUR ROOM OUT OF KNOWHERE ISNT THAT ILLEGAL THE PLACE IS ALSO INFESTED WITH ANTS

Need better signage. Missed the turn into the hotel’s driveway & drove right pass the entrance as there was no sign

Staff are super sweet and attentive, facility provides the basic amenities— pool, gym, breakfast area, and great location close to Purdue. Also very clean and spacious rooms

The room was clean and well cared for when I entered

There was a German cockroach just to the left of the bed. I was in there for a few minutes till I saw it. Called down to desk. Was 5 to 7 minutes to come up. By that time, it was down the headboard and was coming towards the bed. I flicked it and desk clerk came up. Didn't offer change of room. I told the morning clerk. Said she would tell the manager. I have heard nothing. I paid $141 for the room. I deserve better
