The property staff was AWESOME! A special cudos to Donna.
They also had a great breakfast buffet
For a Marriott Suites, it was very outdated. But the Manager answered all of our needs swiftly

The staff and the cleanliness
Everything else. Most of the room amenities didn't even work. The laundry and the fitness center were broken. Breakfast was a joke.

The breakfast was ok.
My room smelled like cat piss. The bathroom ceiling was falling in an the living room area was flooding.

No-one was at the front desk when we arrived due to some emergency. We waited about 20 minutes to check in, only to be treated rudely by Ralph. I was so angry it ruined the entire night. I couldn’t even focus on anything else about the hotel. we did have to clean drink marks off night stands and deal with hair in the bathrooms that weren’t ours, which is disgusting. I knew calling Ralph would not make anything better.

Loved the rooms, 2 private bedroom suites, with a living room and full kitchen.

Room was spacious and comfortable.
Loud neighbors. Could hear them through the walls from 4am to 9am :(

Location and the breakfast support from Tonya
when we checked in, the room had a bad cigarette smell. the bath room exhaust was not working and in spite of complaining, there was no hot water in the shower. I have stayed several nights in Towneplace across the country and this was the worst experience amongst all.

Very accommodating

Liked the 2 separate bedrooms and overall layout of the suite. Clerk that checked us in was kind and knowledgeable about the city.
The fire alarm went off at about 3:30 am and within a short time stopped. There was no recorded call to our room that assured us all was ok but we assessed that it was a false alarm. We went back to bed but shortly after smelled smoke, called the front desk and asked for someone to check out the source of the smoke that was
In the hall and coming into our room. No one came to our room or called us to assure there was not a fire so we evacuated on our own. I’m the lobby we inquired about the smoke in the hall and our room, that is when we were told a pan caught fire in a room on our floor. We were not offered a different room, however the clerk started a “claim” with our contact information and said their general manager would be in at 6 am and would contact me. That never happened. By 11:00 am I decided to call him. Since we felt the need to leave for the safety of our grandchildren—the smoke alone starts asthma attack—we felt we should have an adjustment to our room charged. We missed showers, breakfast and had to sleep in our car, but the most aggravating was the general manager. He didn’t seem to understand our fear of fire. If someone had responded to our scare from the smoke-filled hallway either coming to our room as we asked to reassure us or calling our room we may have stayed on a floor where there was no smoke. I was shocked by his comments that we should have known we were safe. We visit family in that area frequently but will never stay at this motel again. As well, my friends and family feel the same way now.

We did not eat the breakfast. The location was in a convenient location, not far from the Purdue campus so we could meet with family. The lobby attendant was friendly and tried to be accommodating, but they reminded us that they were short staffed. The bedding was clean and clean towels were provided.
First impression matters and unfortunately trash was overflowing at the entrance of the lobby. Our first room was not the room pictured in the website. They did give us another room but that hotel room was very outdated and run down. We stayed because all the hotels in the area were booked. We only slept in the hotel and tried to be gone all day. The sofa was dirty with buttons unraveled. Molding was coming unglued from the wall. One table lamp was missing a switch so we had to plug it into the wall each time we wanted to use it.

The manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
A lot of scary things going on at the property. The fire alarm was pulled by a fighting couple and then we saw a car being broken into while swimming in the pool. The hot tub was in deplorable shape.
3.8
The rooms were clean, comfortable and we loved having two rooms with a kitchen. Perfect for families.
The pool area was filthy, when you would walk you could feel the dirt on your feet. The pool water was cloudy and I saw a film and dirt floating on the top. Thot tub walls were crumbling and looked like mechanics inside were rusted.

Son liked the pool
Rooms were stinky, needed to painted, carpets not clean, just nasty

Very homey
Few parking spaces in front

The location was great, and the cleanliness was satisfactory.
The room amenities were very bad. Started off with one set of towels for 3 of us. When asked for more, the staff said a few things very unpleasant. No extra blanket or pillow for the pull out bed. We just used a car blanket we happened to have.
Very cheap thin toilet papers. I didn’t know that thin of toilet papers existed.
