The location was great

The pictures of the outside of the building on the websites I used did not match the current color of the building. It was confusing to get to since I was looking at the wrong building. The whole place smelled like a combination of stale smoke, weed and a nursing home. The stairwell was filthy as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The room and bathroom was so old and worn out and in need of everything redone.

the entire building smelled like smoke, the shower curtain was disgusting. I barely put my stuff down before I was calling a different hotel. shame on me for not doing my research. won’t make that mistake again

Comfortable bed, cable TV.

Key cards didn't work repeatedly. No breakfast as advertised. Old and run down hotel with deferred maintenance. Needs updating. Refrigerator froze all our food. Shower curtain didn't close and leaked water on bathroom floor. Curtains had holes and didn't close all the way. Tiny bathroom towels. Cheap soap that didn't lather. No extra blankets. Bathroom sink faucet dirty and soap scum on tub.

I guess you could say it was somewhat clean.

The property has not been kept up or updated. The biggest issue is that it was not been kept up. We don’t need the most updated places to stay but it does need to be kept. A lot of holes in the walls, pealing paint, missing sidling, lobby smelled of smoke to name a few.

Location to freeway

Room had a odor, outdated furniture had rips and lots of wear. Goodwill would never accept it. Website when booking listed a breakfast. We left early in the morning but no signs that they were even setting up a breakfast. Noisy....sounded like neighbors above were having sex all night. Door was weird and did not have a tight seal could see light all around the door from the hallway. This hotel needs some serious work/renovations. Had we not gotten there so late and we were tired from traveling all day I would have asked for a refund and found an alternate place to stay. . Way too much money for the experience. Website looked nice....hotel room was scary! We will spend more money next time and stay somewhere else.

Breakfast was included as advertised their website, but...(see below what I didn't like).

The advertised breakfast was just a grab-and-go bag...compliments of the ole worn-out COVID excuse...

Very quiet and great overall atmosphere.

I didn't care for the breakfast that was more like a sack treat. That should have been upfront instead of saying there was breakfast.

was not as pictured on website. Said they offered continental breakfast but when we went down, they said website wasn’t up to date and offered to heat a sandwich in microwave. The room had a lot of patches all over the walls. The door to hall was too short and light came in all around the door. Didn’t feel clean but saving grace was no bed bugs and bed was extremely comfortable. Hard to find because wasn’t off main road and to go through other hotel parking lots to get to it and the sign to turn in from main road was so small and almost hidden.

The location was convenient and it was easy to book.

The room was not in good condition. The walls had a rough texture like wallpaper had been ripped off and then painted over without sanding. It was not very clean or up to date.
