Didn’t get to find out. We were told our reservations (which we had a confirmation call a couple of days before) were “overbooked” and we were directed to stay at the “Days Inn” that had “a nice room” for the same price, that the staff so kindly arranged for us, without notifying us before we arrived.

I’m sure the property was nice. The lobby was welcoming, but obviously the staff were not. They blamed the “overbooking” on us using “Booking.com”

The pool is excellent and the beds were perfect. Everyone had a great night's sleep and the black out curtains worked so well we overslept.

I bought the breakfast through booking.com and it was just a coupon for money off of the restaurant. You would think that $40 would cover breakfast for 4 people but it didn't. We ended up paying an additional $22 for our breakfast. Next time I won't buy the breakfast in advance and eat somewhere else.

The breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms were nice

I feel like the walls were paper thin because we could hear everything, and the elevator was really really slow.

I had paid for property 100% before check in and I was charged again Also my name and details for whatever reason did not stay in the property database and I had a challenge when I contacted for refund of the room charge. It was a difficult experience No proper housekeeping Did not buy anything from store but was charged

The beds were comfortable.

The proximity to the mountain bike trails (South Trails) was great, and the cleaning staff were very nice.

No coffee, paid breakfast took 10 mins before even being seated. We left. Toilets are super noisy, a bit of road noise too.

Check in woman could have used more help at the switch over with check in. But did fine under the circumstances.

Very clean and comfortable with laundry room, fitness room and the largest indoor we have ever been in and thoroughly enjoyed. Also liked the bar
