Could tell the bedding hadnt been changed. There was hair in the bed and makeup smears on not one, but two of the pillows.

Super friendly staff. I even had a chat with the woman that oversaw making the food for breakfast. We had a billing issue we talked to front desk with and was promptly handled and corrected. Check in and check out was smooth and quick.

The staff was nice.

My room was not very clean. One of the beds in my room sheets had stains and there was a old crusty towel left in the bathroom. The room also had a odd Oder. I also requested a ground floor room and didn’t receive it.

I like that you had breakfast and a pool even though it’s super small.

I didn’t like that the house keeping came in my room and didn’t clean anything other than make the bed with the same sheets. they didn’t take any trash.

Good location and modern hotel

Staff are not professional. Lots of issue start from reservation, issues with days of booking, sales our rooms to different people and entry to the room without any information. I will not use this hotel again.
