The only good thing about the place is the coffee.

I reserved a room with Lakeview. There is no such thing since the hotel is located right in front of a major highway. It is a lie there a view of the lake and there is an additional charge for that. The rooms are filthy, the breakfast is underwhelming, everything is ultra processed and unhealthy. Staff did not clean our room during our stay. The hotel needs major renovation to charge the rates they are charging. The carpet is disgusting. Would not recommend to anybody.

There were little egg omelets with cheese. I am unable to eat just carb as my blood sugar crashes.

Towels a bit small and were rough. Bed s seemed a bit small for a queen. Could have been my perception. No elevator. I use a cane and can do stairs but getting luggage upstairs could be hard without my husband.

How simple it was to navigate. Nothing extraordinary but it was clean and simple. I liked it

When leaving the parking lot the curve is kind of hard to see when cars are coming

The staff was amazing

We stayed in a room that was pet friendly. However we found empty pill capsules on the floor with the powder still in. We did have our dog and had she gotten ahold of it we would had to take her to the vet
