No dresser or lamps in room. Air Conditioner didn't work. I

We actually did not stay here. I will say they did refund us our money but that is the only good thing. Upon checking in the front desk clerk acted like I had a disease because I smelled like smoke and made sure to inform me this is a non smoking facility and especially where my room was located. We walked in the doors and was hit with both cigarette and marijuana smoke. When we entered the room and turned the lights on roaches scattered everywhere crawling all over the beds and up the walls. The bathroom was covered in dead roaches all around the walls of the floor and there were more crawling in the bathtub. The bathtub was so rusted, you couldn't even turn the shower on and the tub filled up with roaches floating in the water. The refrigerator was also covered in dead roaches and looked like it had not been cleaned out in months. I was so grossed out and told my kids to not unpack anything while I went to see about getting a refund. I have stayed in many motel 6's when traveling and I know not to expect anything fancy but I at least expect a clean, bug free room.

It was a close Uber ride to the French Quarter.

The cockroach that was running a marathon on my floor on the first night. I swapped rooms, but the staff didn’t seem phased or helpful, just gave me another key. I had to go back into the room to collect my stuff. The room I got looked like someone slept on the bed, and there was also a used towel in the corner. The room also smelled like smoke.

Nothing. I chose it online because it accepted dogs, but it was an uncomfortable experience because the facilities are not well kept.

Location, facilities, and price to high for simply having a bed to sleep in and nothing more. It was a rip off.

Place needs to be updated badly, doors was not secure, black mold in bathroom on ceiling, rooms had bad smell, killed multiple roaches, spent 300 for a 25 room.
